About this property

This house has large common spaces, including a fully furnished kitchen and a tastefully decorated living room. It comfortably sleeps 12, with everyone having their own bed. There are 3 Bedrooms downstairs and 2 Upstairs although officially we count both upstairs bedrooms as one. Our home is about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and was fully renovated in 2017.

King master bedroom with 2 closets, 8 double beds (6 upstairs) and 3 twin size beds. Our home also features a combination Pool/Air-Hockey/Ping-Pong Table that doubles for dining between the brand new kitchen and spacious living room. There are brand new appliances that make using our "Cook's Kitchen" a pleasure for the chef in your group.

After dinner sip a glass of wine together in our beautiful spa outside on the patio and listen to the crickets chirp!

We also feature a Keriug coffee maker, pots and pans, and stove. A jetted-Jacuzzi "Garden Tub" is waiting in the downstairs bathroom as well and the other two baths feature "step-in" showers.

One of the best features is our location gives you a $8-$10 standard-rate Uber ride to and from downtown! Since we are centrally located on the South Side of Nashville its pretty convenient to everywhere that most visitors to our city like to go to.

We can accommodate 4 or 5 cars in the large driveway and overflow parking is available nearby. Street parking is not allowed.

This place can sleep a lot of people and we enjoyed our stay. It could be a little cleaner and the shower upstairs needs work. I would suggest better yard furniture to enjoy the big backyard.

Classmates Reunite

A large group of us (8 adults, no couples) all knew each other from grad school and hadn’t seen each other in 3 years. This was a great place, no one had to share a bed, and it was in a great location. Very clean, small leak while we were there, but host sent out a handyman asap to fix.

Best Bach house!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party in Nashville. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! Friendly people, great area super close to downtown. Ubers were really cheap too! All around win win!

Great place!

Sisters reunion

Trip was a reunion for four sisters as we had not been physically all 4 together in over 40 years. We all live in different states and chose Nashville for our reunion. The home was very nice, jacuzzi tub did not work but other than that the home was very comfortable, clean, plenty of space, enjoyed just sitting out on patio talking and catching up. Neighborhood was quite and close to all the areas we were interested. We DEFINATELY would stay again!

Great house, lots of beds, cute neighborhood

Great house had everything you could need or want and they had lots and lots of beds so great for a big family or group. The kids had fun with the pool table and ping pong table and hot tub. Clean up list was very short and reasonable so that was nice too.

The Nashville Notehouse

This home is located in a nice niehborhood and has easy access to Opry Mills, Ice ect. It is just a small distance off 155 Briley Parkway. It took about 15/20 minutes to get to Opry Mills. It was very spacious, clean, well stocked, and has many beds for large groups. The property owners were very nice, and sent us all the information we needed as well as a way to contact them if we needed them during our stay.

This was a good location 10. Mins or so from the downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of rooms and everything we needed for our stay. We had to park our motorhome and there was space for it in the big driveway. The owner was available for our questions.

Great stay

The house was great….very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. It’s in a great neighborhood and a straight shot to downtown. Check in and check out was effortless. Would gladly stay again on our next Nashville trip. Amenities were just as described. We had a fun relaxing trip and appreciate the great stay.

Nice place, short drive from Downtown. Hot tub was perfect to soak our aching muscles from the Spartan race. Close to stores to pick up necessities. Beds were comfy. Easy check in/ out.

The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. This was from the day we checked in. Great visit to Nashville

Nice neighborhood. Lots of families out walking so very safe had no issues. Really close to downtown think only about 10 - 15 mins by Uber. Overall the house was clean, beds were comfy and lots of room. Maybe add a few more pots and pans. Kind of limited by got us by for our stay. Management was always in contact with us as needed which was great. Would highly recommend staying here if in Nashville.

Great place for family gathering.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to get to attractions. Uber into downtown is the way to go. There was plenty of room for our 7 “mature” adults to stretch out. The hot tub looked inviting, but getting in and out lacked a good access for older adults. We definitely would use this property again. Good communication with the group who run this property.

Great house to use when your in Nashville!!

The house was so clean and accommodating and Jean was great with making sure we didn’t have any questions. The kitchen was perfect with everything you need as well as all the towels and wash rags too. This will be the only house I rent when I come back to Nashville. I can not say enough good things about the owner or the house.

Great vacation

The property was very clean.. we had a rental car and everything is very close but didn’t take car to downtown and Uber was sooo easy and quick. The property management team were very accessible but everything was in order and we didn’t need to reach out at all
