A private & completely separate apartment located above the garage with no shared walls or ceiling. French doors open up from both bedrooms to the balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee overlooking nature. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a short walk to the lagoon. Walk or ride your bike to the beach or track!

We are a family of four and love living in Solana Beach. The population is 16000 and has the small town feel most of us love.
Why they chose this property
We are 1.3 miles from the beach! A beautiful beach with both cliffs for beauty, and tons of sand for playing. Buying this home was a dream come true with moving to the beach from Canada. We love being able to offer such an amazing location to both new people, and friends & family.
What makes this property unique
This is a unique arrangement given there is a private guest flat located above a family home. You therefore receive all of the benefits of living in a beautiful neighbourhood in Solana Beach. The archway welcomes you home, and the view from your balcony is peaceful and serene.
