Monterey Square is unquestionably the most beautiful square in Savannah. The square is graced by mansions on all corners, draped in Spanish moss and anchored with historic monuments.

This 1869 2nd Empire Baroque Home takes your breath the minute you see it. The elaborate white bay window is so ornately decorated with stained glass windows and ornamental iron work that the long time residents of Savannah have always said it resembles an elegantly decorated 'wedding cake'. Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.

Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street/912.651.6470.

This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.
NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE GROUPS!

Maximum occupancy at ALL times is 14 people, including infants & children.
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.
No pets or smoking allowed.

Once reserved you will receive emails from our booking software called ESCAPIA. Please check your spam folders.

CANCELLATION NOTE: If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the original credit card processing fees. We use a 3rd party processing company that does NOT refund these fees to us upon cancellations. You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee for our time for processing then canceling your reservation.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.
