Fantastic house in a beautiful area

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house. The house is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. We had a warm welcome from the owners. Unlike our previous holidays, the house is cleaned for you, which we have experienced as pleasant. We have not been able to find many good restaurants in the vicinity. Some tips: - Small supermarket: Vival @ La bolinne (~7 minutes drive) - Small supermarket: Proxi @ Saint Dalmas (~14 minutes drive) - Boulangerie: Boulangerie du Terroir @ Saint Dalmas (~14 minutes drive) -> very good ! - Medium supermarket: Market Roquebillière (Carrefour) @ Roquebillière (~45 minutes drive) - Gas station: Station Vésubienne @ La Bollène-Vésubie (~50 minutes drive)

Spacious apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment is very spacious and located on a mountain with a great view. Shops are not within walking distance. Nice garage where we could store our bikes and friendly welcome with some cold drinks was very much appreciated.

Superbe vue, logement au calme

Une pergola a été installée depuis la parution de l'annonce, nous y avons passé tous nos repas. Katy s'est procurer un livre sur les différentes possibilités de baignades de la région que nous avons exploité au retour de nos randonnées pour nous rafraîchir dans des endroits confidentiels fort sympathiques. Hôtes impliqués dans l'accueil de ses locataires : en période de Covid, le logement a été désinfecté avant notre arrivée. Merci pour votre accueil !

Nombreux signes d atention des propriétaires pour les arrivants. Intérieur de la maison très vaste aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Paysage enchanteur . Nous recommandons.

Un super séjour en famille

Katy et son mari se sont montrés très accueillants et prévenant alors de notre arrivée. Katy m’avait communiqué un maximum d’informations à l’avance pour que nous puissions préparer notre séjour. Maison très confortable et vue magique. De nombreuses activités d’été à faire en famille à la Colmiane et aux alentours. Je vous recommande de tout cœur.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette superbe maison. La vue est magnifique et Katy et Luc ont emménagé ce logement avec tant de goût et d'attention qu'on se sent tout de suite chez soi. Maison très confortable avec panorama exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison. Tout est neuf ! La maison est impeccable et très très propre. Le salon : salle à manger est très spacieux et constitue une pièce à vivre très chaleureuse, tout en offrant différents espaces de vie, ce qui est très bien si l'on est nombreux. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le balcon terrasse est le point fort de la maison avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et permet de se reposer et de prendre les repas sous une pergolas qui tamise le soleil... Le calme absolu est au rendez-vous. Il n'y a plus qu'à profiter de la maison, et surtout des activités accessibles très facilement: randonnées évidemment, via ferrata, luge à mono rail, parc aquatique... Et vous serez accueilli très chaleureusement par Katy et son mari qui répondent très rapidement aux sollicitations et demandes d'informations. A conseiller sans aucune hésitation pour passer des vacances réussies et reposantes !
