Great stay in perfect location

This property was very comfortable, in a more modern building with two elevators. It looked out on to a courtyard and was extremely quiet. The outside patio was wonderful although we didn’t sit out due to our November visit. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. Outside your door were restaurants, cafes and shops galore. Also, with Les Halles metro station literally one minute walk, you could go anywhere you wanted. It is one of the largest stations, and the RER B train also is there. That connects you directly to/from CDG in about 45 minutes. The Marais is about an 8 minute walk, the Seine is about the same! The location cannot be beat. All neighbors in the building who we came in contact with were very friendly. Catherine was very easy to deal with and allowed us to stay an extra night. We felt very Parisian staying there and would stay again. One of its best benefits is that check in starts at 8:30, so if you are arriving early morning, no problem.

Marvelous

Great communication and smooth thorough check in. Everything one would want was provided. Very comfortable. And the building is secure with three special access entrance doors before you reach the lifts. Quiet balcony overlooking pretty courtyard. The Forum outside the front of apartment is always bustling with activity. Well located with many sights and activities within walking distance, or the bus or metro if you like.

In Catherines Appartment haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist wie ein Zuhause statt eines sterilen Hotelzimmers. Die Betreuung durch Frederic war sehr aufmerksam. Sogar noch nach unserem Aufenthalt, als unser Zug ausfiel.....Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen....

Great apartment in Paris!

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Paris and visiting the Olympic venues. It was quiet and convenient to have washer/dryer. The easy booking and communication with owner was excellent.

This was our 7th stay in Paris over many years. Loved the Les Halle area. Very vibrant. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with a lovely courtyard. The host was lovely and very flexible, allowing us to stay an extra day when our flight was cancelled and rebooked a day later. We would happily stay again.

Great location!

I loved staying here. It was very safe feeling and very comfortable! It was close to trains and the metro. I love the Marais arrondissement. So many shops, cafes and personality!!

First visit to Paris

This VRBO was exactly as advertised. Great location with the Metro stops very close. In a busy area but the apartment was super quiet. Bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer are a plus. Tons of shopping and restaurants close by. Overall a nice place great location.

One of the best rental

Everything was close to perfection. The secured building, the appartement, its location, it’s complete equipment and the kindness and eager to please of the host Catherine. I have rented for over 20 years and it’s by far one of the best I’ve ever rented I will definitely rent it again when traveling to Paris, crossing my fingers that it will be available when I need it.

charme et confort

Très bien situé dans un quartier plein de vie, on y retourne en fin de journée dans un oasis de calme, avec son beau jardin intérieur et ses beaux tableaux.Très bien équipé, l’appartement est confortable et charmant avec une intéressante bibliothèque qui donne envie de lire. Nous y reviendrons assurément.

Perfect Paris Location

An exceptional apartment that is in absolutely central location in very busy part of the city and yet was totally quiet. The building was very secure and well-maintained, with an elevator. And what was especially wonderful about the apartment is that it overlooks a lovely, serene courtyard full of plants, flowers and birds, just as described in the listing. A unique and beautiful place to stay. Catherine is the owner and was very responsive and flexible to work with and went out of her way to accommodate a last minute request to add two days on at the beginning of our trip. Her friend Frederique is the local person she has manage things for her and he was extremely responsive and helpful, even allowing us to drop off suitcases in the building a few hours earlier than our apartment would be available. He was a sweet and kindly person who responded almost immediately to questions or suggestions we asked for, even though his English is very limited. And in addition to all this the bed was great and the shower was fantastic. We would definitely come back! Thank you Catherine and Frederique for making our visit so enjoyable!

Wonderful

The apartment was charming, comfortable, quiet & has everything you need. We enjoyed the outside patio with plants & birds facing the inner courtyard, The location is amazing in the center of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bakeries, transportation & many tourist sites ie, Louvre. Catherine was very responsive & Frederic met us at the apartment which was very nice. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Paris!!!

Very nice Paris apartment

It's a great location. You can walk to the Louvre and museums. Lots of stores and transportation close by. The apartment has everything you need. Even has an elevator.

Beautiful Place

We arrived to the property and immediately Frederic, a friend of Catherine, received us and showed us the apartment and explained everything about it. Frederic was very nice and very helpful whenever we texted him, he would reply immediately. The place is clean, and all appliances work properly, comfortable place and very quiet, all what you hear is the sounds of birds singing in the courtyard. The are is very nice right close to two metro stations, a very large mall with all kinds of shops, many restaurants and bars in the neigbourhood. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quiet, cosy apartment, ideal location for exploring Paris

We spent 11 nights in this very safe, well equipped, cosy,quiet and comfortable apartment . We loved "coming home" after long walks .Lots of great food shops( bakeries, cheeseshops and groceries in the neighbourhood ) made it easy prepare dinner at home when we were too tired to go have dinner in one of the numerous nice restsurants around.The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed very comfortable.The owner Anne-C.was so helpful, the communication was excellent. Would definitely stay herein again and csn Highlights recommend this place.
