Most importantly, Rainbow Fish is located less than 100 steps from the beach! In addition, Rainbow Fish has a beautiful, large and private pool. Your day in paradise is already complete!

Inside, we have significantly renovated Rainbow Fish:

The house -- both inside and outside -- was recently painted with neutral colors; The house has gorgeous new hard wood floors throughout; and the kitchen was completely redone with a new counter-top, cabinets, appliances, and the Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker® -- all ready for your enjoyment. For those of you coffee fans, there is a Keurig and a standard coffee maker in the kitchen.

The first floor has a spacious living room with a new 55 inch LG TV and sofa sleeper, dining room, kitchen, and half-bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed; and the third bedroom has 2 full beds. Connecting the master bedroom and the second bedroom is a beautiful porch: the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or read a book and relax during the day.

*7 night, weekly rentals only March-October, must be Saturday to Saturday.

Wonderful stay

We loved so many things about this house…pool, hot tub, space for two teens and 10 year old and two adults. Our favorite thing was easy access to beach and chairs/umbrellas set up daily on the beach. Made it so easy to pop down to the beach at any time without having to lug everything. Would easily stay again!

Great spot

Visiting our family who lives in Santa Rosa beach. It was gorgeous location and development Everyone we met were extremely nice and very friendly. We felt like we were in our own home and u can’t ask for anything more than that when vacationing. We were so comfortable. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation And oh yes the beach is close and so gorgeous.

Great location in Santa Rosa Beach

Although we had some issues, this was overall a nice beach house close to the beach, centrally located and walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. When we first arrived, there were bugs in the master bathroom. We also saw roaches in the kitchen our last morning. The hot tub was not heated. I did see there was an extra charge to heat the pool, but never thought if a hot tub was advertised, we would need to pay extra to heat it. We have a cabin rental, and wouldn't think to charge our guests to heat our hot tub. There were beach chairs also on website at home, but none at the home. We didn't bring ours from home for this reason, and needed to buy beach chairs for a music festival we were there to attend. Just some things consider for the property adverti.tonconsiwashoredhawkwo

Fall Break

Great location, walking distance to all amenities and located right across from private beach access. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub at the house were great, the kids loved it. The grill and outdoor space were good for a few cookouts and family dinner time. The sleeping areas in the house were great, and perfect for a family of 5. The downstairs floors are in need of a refresh, so they felt a bit unclean on bare feet. The air vents could also use a good cleaning as they were visibly dirty. Overall, it was a great house and with a couple minor fixes this would be a go to house in a perfect neighborhood for our family.

Post Summer Last Beach Trip

We recently stayed at Bella Vita and wanted to share our experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The house was as advertised, which we appreciated. However, the property does need some attention. The flooring could definitely use replacement, and the appliances are showing their age. Upon arrival, we found the backyard in disarray due to a recent storm, with leaves and branches in the pool that weren't cleaned prior to our check-in. This was a bit disappointing, as it affected our ability to enjoy the outdoor space. Inside, we noticed some moisture issues in the upstairs bathroom, with mildew forming around the door seal. Additionally, the flowerbeds and landscaping need a lot of TLC, which detracted from the overall appeal. On a positive note, the spacious layout and comfortable furnishings made our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a nice touch, although the side panel is coming off and could use some maintenance. Overall, while the property has potential and we enjoyed our stay, we hope the owners can invest some time and resources to address these issues for future guests.

Great Location!

Great location. Very close to beach. House is well appointed, but needs some refreshing. Pool area needs weed-eating and tidying up. Front entrance needs some weed-eating as well.

In need of maintenance

We stayed at this property in 2023 and had a wonderful time, so we were surprised at the condition of the house when we returned. First off, the pros: we love the location in Sunrise beach- the proximity to private beach access, private beach setup, and dead end road which is perfect for kids. The inside of the house was clean enough upon arrival. The exterior of the home appears to never receive cleaning or maintenance of any kind beyond the treatment of the pool. The pool deck is absolutely filthy with dirt, scum and yard debris. It needs a serious power washing. The grill was so old and dirty it was basically unusable. The owner had ordered a replacement prior to our arrival but when we got there it was scattered all over the side yard in pieces along with cardboard box debris. This was addressed over the following days but it should be noted that the old grill and boxing never was picked up and removed from the property. Many of the blinds are broken as well as some other issues inside the house. Several dark stains and peeling plaster in the ceiling indicate probable roof leaks. The upstairs hall bath ceiling is covered in mold/mildew spots. The kitchen is bare bones without so much as salt or oven mit, making cooking difficult unless you bring your own essentials. I wish there was quite a bit more attention paid to this house, as overall it is cute and in a great area.

Spring Break at Rainbow Fish

Four adults (56-79) plus 3 teenage girls. The house functioned well for all of us.Large Pool was heated enough that it was very comfortable. Teenagers loved the hot tub. The front porch and 2nd story porch were well furnished and wel loved sitting out there day and night. Only caveat; stairs were the winding, corner kind. Older adults had to traverse them carefully. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed our stay in Rainbow Fish.

Great location!

This was our first time in the area and we really enjoyed our stay. There were two of us and our two dogs. Location was great! Super short walk to the beach and also convenient to restaurants. Fenced backyard was perfect. We thought there was an issue with the hot tub, so we reached out to the property manager. They were very response and we realized it was user error. :-) Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great 12day stopover from CT to AZ with our 2 dogs. Comfortable house, great access to beach for beautiful sunrise/sunsets and Long Beach walks though dogs couldn’t go on it. Great location for local restaurants.

Maybe for a different group than ours

If location and being in a gated community are your top priorities, this is a good rental, but we missed the little things that make a rental a great rental. The house is in a nice community….details of getting in and out are a little vague (don’t use gps to find the road and make sure to get the pedestrian code for the gate). If you like to cook, be warned. There are only two pot holders for the entire place, and one dish towel. There is one small skillet but three older woks. Absolutely no spices, not even salt and pepper. No oil and so on. It is clearly stated in the contract that they only supply things to get you through the first day, but we have rented places all over and the difference between a great rental and an ok rental are the little things. Salt and pepper, coffee, coffee filters….these things are so nice to not have to run out and buy. The master bed is awful- it sags in the middle and does not sleep well. The washer and dryer are older. There are some games but no pens or paper (although we left some so maybe there are now). There is a hot tub, we were told it was new….it didn’t heat up so we called. Someone looked at it, did nothing and we heard nothing more….so not sure if that is something that will change. Place is clean and in a lovely neighborhood but if it’s chilly there are isn’t much to do for water sports unless you pay for heated pool or the hot tub is fixed. This house may be better suited for a family than a group of adults.

A Hidden Gem! Shout-out to the lone Dishtowel! My dude!

Can't say enough. The location, especially with the private beach, was worth the price alone. Can't stress that enough. Very comfortable house. We were two couples who travel a lot together, so we don't need a ton of space. Plenty of room for 4 adults to lounge when you wanted, post up by the pool, but you're at the beach for the most part anyhow! Beach is in a great spot. Crowded to the left, crowded to the right.... just avoid fall breaks. If the kids are in school, you should be cool! House is pretty well stocked. though there's only ONE dish towel.... We got some laughs because it got some use! Host was great, very responsive. Appreciate him very much. A did I mention surprise hot tub???? WE WILL BE BACK!!
