About this property

House 350m² air-conditioned, in the countryside Swimming pool Terrace 9 bedrooms

350 m² air-conditioned (underfloor cooling) family home in the heart of nature overlooking the pine forest. Please respect the quiet of the neighborhood: no loud music or noise outside at night.
Electricity billed according to reading: HP:0.27 and HC:0.21 per KWh
Compulsory cleaning to be paid on arrival: 2-night rental = €350, 3 to 5 nights €400 over 6 nights €490
South-facing and not overlooked, the house is equipped with every comfort for a maximum capacity of 14 adults and 20 people in total (9 bedrooms).
As the house is on a septic tank, the maximum number of people must be respected even during the day, so it is not possible to add sleeping accommodation, tents or camper vans.
The large, gently sloping swimming pool (approx. 12m x 5m) offers plenty of space for everyone to play, with large steps for the little ones to wade around safely.
A 40 m² sun terrace and a large 50 m² covered terrace are at your disposal.
The outdoor living room and large tables provide a convivial space for aperitifs and barbecues with family and friends.
A large wooded plot of over 5000 m² is also dedicated to leisure activities, with a swing, ping-pong table, ball games area and petanque pitch.
9 bedrooms (from 9 to 20 m²) and 6 bathrooms, 4 of which are master suites.
Bed linen provided (left on each bed but not made up). Towels not supplied.
Maximum 8 cars, motorhomes prohibited

Baby equipment is available: cot, high chair.
The house also features a 20 m² fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large 50 m² living-dining room.
The swimming pool is double-secured with glass barriers. Its beach is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from May to mid-October.
Borehole house, not connected to the city water network.
No noise outside between 10pm and 9am, noisy parties not allowed.

We had a lovely family holiday in the villa. The outside space was great and the children loved the pool. Inside, the villa was a bit dated and improvements could be made to the bedrooms.We were disappointed that there were no towels provided not even kitchen towels. This caused an issue for us transporting them from abroad. Also it would be beneficial to have basics such as washing up liquid, sponges and cleaning spray. Generally a good villa and we had an enjoyable holiday

The house was big enough for our group of 13. The swimmingpoil was really nice. We enjoyed that very much. But… There are things that need to be replaced. There were three outside chairs/sunbeds broken. The parasol was broken, but luckily it was fixed during out stay (thank you). The automatic lichter of the gas-bbq was broken. The insect screens were torn. Some doors don’t close well. The rooms on the first floor should have airconditioning, even during the night it was really hot there.

La villa est très confortable, spacieuse, à la fois au calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités : très belle piscine, terrain de pétanque, table de Ping Pong, etc … rien ne manque … tout est bien pensé, de plus l’hôte et Hellène chargées de nous recevoir sont d’une extrême gentillesse, disponibles, réactives et très à l’écoute … que dire d’autre … à part À BIENTÔT…

Wir waren drei Generationen, die zusammen eine Woche in diesen Ferienhaus verbrachten. Für uns hat es gut gestimmt. Geschirr und Besteck war teilweise dreckig. Küche und Terrassen sind für 20 Personen sehr gut eingerichtet.

Tolles Haus, gute Lage, mangelnde Sauberkeit
Die Lage des Hauses am Rand von Trans en Provence ist idyllisch und sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz, auch wenn manche Zimmer mit mehreren Bettern ausgestattet sind, was eigentlich nur für Familien in Frage kommt. 14 Erwachsene finden aber problemlos Platz. Schade ist, dass die Sauberkeit des Objekt zu wünschen übrig gelasen hat. Wir haben die Terrasse, den Bereich um den Pool und das gesamte Geschirr selbst gereinigt, damit es den Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise beschädigt, Stühle auf der Terrasse wurden von uns mit Filzgleitern versehen, weil deren Bewegung einen sinnlosen Lärm auf der Terrasse machten. Generelles Fazit, Ausstattung und Lage sind grundsätzlich top, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei den Details wären wünschenswert. Insgesamt haben wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Une location qui n'est pas à la hauteur de son prix
Nous louons chaque année une maison le week end de pentecôte avec nos amis (14 adultes de 45 ans). Nous y consacrons le même budget et sommes rarement déçus. Cette année, moins de chance, nous avons loué cette maison dont les prestations ne correspondent pas au 2700€ (3nuits) que nous avons payé. La maison n'est pas entretenue, le ménage dont le forfait est hors de prix (300€) a été négligé. Les chambres n'étaient pas propres, les parures de draps ne correspondaient pas aux tailles de couettes ni d'oreillers… Le matériel est vétuste, les tables cassées, les transats déchirés, les raquettes et table de ping pong inutilisables. Les volets électriques de baies vitrées d’une des chambres n’ouvraient pas, laissant la chambre dans le noir le plus total. Impossible d’allumer la clim, ni la lumière de la piscine. Nous avons tenté de joindre le technicien plusieurs fois, il n’a jamais répondu. Certains des matelas sont sommaires, l’eau n’est pas potable, un des frigos refroidis peu… la liste des dysfonctionnements est trop longue pour l’énuméré dans ce commentaire. La maison pourrait être très sympa elle était entretenue. Le tarif appliqué n’est pas raisonnable compte tenu de tout cela.

Très décevant.
Maison secondaire non entretenue, sale ( non nettoyée pour la première location de la saison). Mobilier extérieur dégoûtant et cassé. Studio attenant dans le noir ( volets électriques cassés) avec sa terrasse immonde et dangereuse pour nos jeunes petits enfants. Piscine non entretenue ( verte) donc non disponible.

The last touch was missing
The house is fine, but many small flaws lower the rating: Some of the sheets were the wrong size. No towels were provided. Some of the pots did not work on the induction stove. The toilets lacked toilet paper racks. Coffee makers did not work well. Some of the yard furniture were broken. Wifi didn't work. Considering the size of the house, the dining table was too small. The fireplace was not allowed to be used. It was not allowed to be outside after 10 pm (neighbors). On the way to the village there are excellent facilities for recycling glass, cardboard, bottles, metal, etc. It would be good to provide corresponding bins on the house. Now only one bin was provided with too small bags in place. By investing in finishing a little more, this could be a five star house next to a marvellous village and in the heart of the fascinating Provence.

Mooie grote villa met prachtig zwembad
We huurden deze grote villa met kinderen en kleinkinderen (14pers). Voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers annex. Alles is er aanwezig in de keuken wat je nodig hebt. Nog een aparte ruimte met wasmachine en droogkast en extra grote ijskast. Een mooi groot zwembad kids-proof met hoge afsluiting en een aangename diepte zodat de kids bijna overal konden staan. Klein minpuntje: Enkele dingen zijn aan vervanging toe: de schommel waarvan de zitjes gebroken zijn. De paletten van tafeltennis zijn versleten. Een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving !

Nous sommes allés en groupe avec enfants piscine protégée grand salon extérieur et grande terrasse extérieure très bien pour les séjours familles au calme très bien exposé. Rien à redire à refaire
