Snow Home in beautiful Old Town Park City Premier Host

Experience the charm of Old Town in this beautiful mountain home, boasting the premier location in Park City, walking distance from four-star dining, world-class shopping and the Sundance Film Festival. The free Main Street Trolley is a short walk from the front door and can take you up and down Main Street or the Town Lift and Transit Center where you can catch a bus to travel anywhere you like in Park City for free. At this location you do not need a car but if you have one there is a single car heated garage and a driveway to park a car. Each of the three bedrooms has its own Smart TV (no cable). In addition to WIFI, there is a land line phone in case of emergency. Our home is completely private with views up the mountain in the back off a beautiful deck. We have often spotted moose and deer much to our delight. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, you can easily sleep six. One bedroom has twin beds while the others both have cozy comfortable queen beds with luxurious bedding. The master is private and separate from the other bedrooms allowing people to move around without being disturbed. Dine in using our beautiful fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining area or stroll down Main Street where the finest dining awaits. This house is perfect for walking to town to dine, shop, enjoy the Park Silly Market (every Sunday in the summer), and especially for all the festivities that the Sundance Festival has to offer. Of course, not having to park a car in town during the busiest seasons is the absolute greatest because it can be difficult.

For our guests who ski and snowboard our prime location is right in between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort in historic Park City, while also having access to many other ski areas such as The Canyons, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude to name a few of Utah’s best!
