Spacious open kitchen/counter space, cherry cabinets, 2 bathrooms with walk in shower/bathroom (6 inch step) off master bedroom, and full bath/shower in hallway. Good closet space.

We enjoy walking on the beach, the beautiful views of the ocean, swimming and cooking,. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices.
Why they chose this property
This property as our second home to be close to family, and enjoy trips from our Gainesville FL home when the property is not rented. Quiet, friendly, well-run condo complex of 48 units. Lots of retired or semi-retired folks.
What makes this property unique
The property is located 1/2 way between the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Port. Its close enough to everything to be convenient, but the location is relatively quiet, pristine and serene. It has a large pool great for swimming, and has a gated parking area.
