Sunrise and Sunset from our beautiful condo Gulf front, Spectacular views!

Enjoy our beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico at Silver Beach Towers West Unit 1505. New floors and updated furniture! The view, the view the view. The view is from the living room, the master king suite and the 2nd bedroom, with each room opening out to the deck on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin. This 15th floor unit is comfortable and elegant. There are 3 tv and dvd's. (WIRELESS INTERNET) Smart TVS so you can use your Netflixs or stream your favorite! The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

The master suite is both private and has a panoramic view of the gulf. The master bath has a large walk in shower with shower bench and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen size and two floor length windows on the gulf with a patio door leading to the deck. 2nd bath also has a large walk in shower with bench.

This condo is comfortable and just like home on the beach. Large 1400 square foot unit. full equipped kitchen. Enjoy Back Porch just steps from the beach of Silver Beach Towers West for great seafood. Less than one mile from Big Kahuna's.

New Beach rules this year: In the past I have purchased the subscription and the beach service was free to my renters. I have paid a beach subscription fee this year, allowing my renters to reserve a set up per day of $30 a day for 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. This money does not go to me. I will send you a code and a slip to fill out for the days you wish to reserve. When you reserve the money goes to the beach shack. If you need an extra set up for more family members it is $65 per day. I do have 4 sand chairs in my unit for my guest to use.

Beautiful Beach Get Away

We enjoyed our week long stay at this property. My family of 5 had plenty of room, the space was just as advertised, beautiful ocean views, quiet setting, close to everything. Communication with the owners was great, easy to get ahold of and they were quick to respond when I had questions . Would recommend and would return again.

Perfect Destin Beach Location!

This condo has beautiful views of the ocean from any room you are in! It was perfect for our family vacation with easy access to the beach. It was nice sitting out on the balcony and having access to the balcony from each room (bedrooms and living). The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely try to stay here on our next visit to Destin!

Very spacious condo with a large balcony. The thing we liked best about this condo was both bedrooms having amazing views. Owners were very easy to work with and communicated well as we were traveling between hurricanes and had a lot of questions.

Great Pool & Beautiful Ocean Views!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back! The views of the ocean from both bedrooms and living room are incredible! We loved sitting out on the balcony and taking it all in. The underground parking was super convenient and the key fobs into the garage and around the property were easy to use. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. My 6 year old couldn’t get enough of the pool space - looking around at other properties I definitely feel like we had the best pool around! The ocean is easy to walk out to and there are foot rinsing stations and showers between the pool and beach to make clean up easy. Beach space is beautiful. My daughter loved the ice cream vendors that came buy walking across the beach each day (they accepted Venmo which was convenient). We did use the beach service which was nice. Personal tents and umbrellas aren’t allowed on the beach. Personally it was nice to have the service for my parents. The condo location is super close to everything. We were glad we rented a car though as many places we wanted to visit weren’t walkable. The Back Porch is about a 10-15 minute walk if you walk along the beach from the condo. This ended up being our favorite restaurant. We did a dolphin sunset cruise out of the HarborWalk Marina which we enjoyed. We also did a shelling snorkeling trip with Destin Snorkel which was one of my favorite mornings of our trip. Lots of shells and hermit crabs! Can’t wait to stay here again! :)

Everything was perfect

We've never stayed at a place that was perfect in every way. Hoyt and Susan have the ideal unit in the best location in Destin. It was stocked with every thing you might require in the kitchen and through out the condo. The beach was white sugar sand and was perfect for our 3 to 4 mile beach walk every morning. There were (hundreds.?) of restaurants in Destin and you had access to any type of food you might be looking for. Shopping was readily available on the couple of rainy days we had and the Bass Pro Shop a few miles down the road. Over all, it was the highlite of our 6 week winter road trip.

Silver Sands Beach Tower

We really loved the location and view from this 2 bedroom condo. Large balcony with lots of seating The condo was nicely decorated. The master bedroom was huge with its own large ensuite and the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds with another bathroom with a large walk in shower. One heated pool & one not heated with 2 jacuzzis. Quiet building with outdoor bbq area and very clean. The only recommendation would be easier access to obtaining the condo key and fob for the garage. We had to drive to a different location to pick up the keys and they weren’t there so we called the host who arranged for them to be sent to us by the housekeeper who then gave us the wrong key but eventually got it sorted out. A fob is needed to get in the building or garage area and a key for condo unit. Once in the unit there were spares though one set was missing key & fob so I wanted the host to know we didn’t lose them or we would be charged. I noticed some units had code doors which would be good to eliminate the key but a fob is still required. I would highly recommend this place as long as obtaining the key/fob is simple.

Can’t wait to go back

We have never stayed anywhere other than in a hotel before; that has changed now! Our first experience with VRBO and using a condo property for vacation with our 10 year old was amazing. Having the ability to stay up if someone wanted wanted to go to bed, the ease of making meals and snacks so we could enjoy more beach and pool time instead of getting ready to go out to eat every night was a game changer. Our hosts were amazing, we had a bit of trouble with one key fob not wanting to cooperate but they were available by phone and immediately handled it and with the property and security. The buildings were safe, quiet, so clean. We are ready to go back next year!

Pictures online did not do this property justice! Beautiful in person, and the view from all rooms spectacular! Steps away from the beach and so close to shops and restaurants! Communication with the property owner was also excellent! Highly recommend this condo!
