A gem in the heart of old Nimes

The feel of Nimes and all it had to offer came shining through in this perfectly situated apartment. Short and quiet walks away from several squares with numerous cafes and stores. Updated bedrooms with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen made for a wonderful family stay. Martin was an extremely helpful host!

Family Visit

Our family had a very nice stay in Martin’s apartment. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and it was very well equipped. The central location put us within easy walking distance to all the main attractions as well as the train station.

Wonderful stay in Nimes

Our time in Nimes was very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. We were close to everything. We walked to the museums and jardins de la Fontaine. It was especially nice to be near les Halles where we bought several meals to eat at the apartment. Communication with Martin was excellent.

Well located - nice flat

The flat is well located - close to the city. You can see that the flat was renovated with love. A public underground car park is just a few steps away - for reasonable prices. Martin is very friendly host.

Appartement Centre Nîmes

Appartement très bien situé en plein coeur de Nîmes.. A 5 mn à pied de la Maison Carrée et à peine 10 mn des Arènes.. Vraiment sympa et celà évite d'utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour.. Quand à l'appartement en lui même il est très beau et fidèle aux photos... Très bon séjour... A refaire

Appartement très bien situé au cœur de Nîmes

Logement très bien situé au cœur de Nîmes. On peut visiter le centre à pied. Les Halles, avec leurs bons produits, sont très près de l’appartement. Les propriétaires ont été à notre écoute. Seul bémol, l’escalier de l’immeuble et l’impasse qui peuvent faire peur à l’arrivée.

bien placé mais...

absolument aucun moyen simple de décharger la voiture et de la recharger, pas de places de parking à proximité aucune place de parking gratuite dans les environs, malgré ce que dit le loueur prévoir entre 20 et 25 euros de parking par jour dans les parkings souterrains alentour, ce qui augmente le budget lors de notre séjour, panne de box et d'éclairage dans les communs l'emplacement est par contre très bon

Weekend en famille pour anniversaire :)

Appartement très agréable, propre ou rien ne manque et rudement bien placé. Nous n'avons pas prit la voiture du weekend et avons fait le choix de la stationner à proximité du logement dans un parking souterrain en forfait weekend pour 30 euros. Nous recommandons aussi le restaurant "Le Nocturne"sur Nîmes pour les amoureux de la gastronomie :) Martin est e à l’écoute. Merci à lui pour le gout et l'élégance de son logement

Séjour à Nimes La Sublime...

Emplacement l'idéal pour visiter Nimes tres proche du jardin de la fontaine de la coupole pour le marché couvert et ses produits frais .Ville très agréable entre petites ruelles, places multiples et leurs fontaines et ses monuments historiques et ses animations musicales et commerçantes.
