A Place at the Beach IV, Beachfront , Wide ocean view. Summer 2024 listing:

POPULAR and CONVENIENT Shore Drive location!! June, July and AUGUST weeks available

Enjoy the wide variety of on-site amenities including courtyard pool, deck, children's pool, grills and picnic area.
Relaxing balcony is off the den and master BR. New Vizio TVs in both the master bedroom and den.
Full kitchen and dining area with all amenities including updated kitchen appliances and cookware.
The Master bedroom is spacious and has a KING bed. The second bedroom has a Full/twin bed and a full size twin Memory Foam rollaway. Washers and dryers are conveniently located right across the hallway.

A departure cleaning is included in this price. Linens and towels are also included in this price. Many of our guests prefer to bring their own linens and towels to help save on costs and we will be glad to adjust. Just let us know before booking. Our linen service delivers, makes all beds and leaves towels for the week. They will pick up after your departure.

The ocean is right down the hallway and there is an outside shower as well as convenient complimentary parking. Chairs and beach toys/boards are in the utility closet or entrance way for everyone to enjoy. Guard gate security and grounds attendee is on duty in the summer months June to September.

You are just a short walk down the beach to the Apache Pier and Grill. Walk down the beach to popular on the beach attractions including Ocean Annies Beach Bar with live music and River City Cafe at the pool area.
Flip Flops is only one block away with live music most nights. Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing and Duplin Winery attractions are only minutes away.
Arcadian Commons shopping is only 2 minutes away including Tanger Outlets, Marshalls, Ross and Wal-Mart.
Kroger grocery store is only one minute away.

We are conveniently located in the Restaurant Row stretch of Myrtle Beach!

Sorry but we have a NO SMOKING policy and No pet policy per the HOA.
Also NO motorcycles per Association rules unless registered and personal property of the owner and approved by the HOA.

Family vacation!

Absolutely love this room! We have had other units in the building and this by far had the most comfortable bed and Couch! My daughters loved the bunkbeds, even though they only slept on the bottom one. Amazing view from the balcony of the ocean. The owners were super fast about responding back to any messages. So happy we were able to stay there! Hopefully will be able to go again next year!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and we are in love. Perfect view. Perfect place.

Arriving to the property was very easy. Easy check-in process. Andy has umbrellas and chairs for are you switch made are stay much more enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals . Our favorite part is always the beautiful balcony.

Great location and perfect for our family

We have two children and we had plenty of space. We never cooked but there were plenty of kitchen supplies to work with. Andy was very quick to respond with any questions. The complex was nice and quiet. Perfect place for my family. The master stayed cool with its own unit the other bedroom did get a little warm but my girls never minded.

Great 3rd floor condo and great amenities

Stayed in APATB IV unit 317 and had a great experience. The Owner of the condo sent me the information to get there keys a a few days before we left. When we arrived, the condo was clean and looked great. My wife loved the king bed in the master! Also the Kuerig coffee maker was a nice addition that we did not expect. The view is just perfect and the pictures that are on the VRBO page capture it perfectly. We loved the conplimentary secure WiFi in the condo and that there was plenty of parking! The distance to Tanger outlets and to reatraunts/grocery is a major plus! Also, being so close to the beach, literally steps away, is such a treat. All in all, everything was great and we thank Andy for a great place to stay. We have already reserved a week for next year! Pro-tip: If you walk south down the beach about 1/2 a mile, go enjoy the music and drink specials at Ocean Annies, which is a bar and pool area on the beach. My wife danced to the music while I drank beer!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Quiet complex and very relaxing. We had a small issue after some rain and wind but Andy was on top of it and it didn’t affect our vacation. He even offered an extra night free. Will definitely rent from him again!!

Comfortable Getaway Condo

Condo is very nice with a great view of the ocean and access to beach. Comfortable with nice furnishings and a good TV. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the accommodations Andy (owner) provided us. He did all he could to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Would definitely stay here again!
