Perfect place!
Great location. The property is perfect for large families. We had an incredible experience. The large, but cozy interior and snowy surroundings made for a perfect winter getaway. The house is well equipped and beautifully designed. 15-20 min to snowmobiling at beaver creek or snowboarding at Beaver ski resort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a winter wonderland!

Family Gathering
We enjoyed this home. There was plenty of room to gather in a large group but also several smaller areas that fewer family could gather. We all enjoyed the fun activities available. The long dining tables gave us plenty of room to eat and also to play games. Travis, our host, was quick and helpful when we had an issue with the theater projector. We’ll be coming again.

In Bear Lake this was the most comfortable place that we have stayed at!
We had a great time during our little winter break getaway. The house is amazing and was extremely comfortable for the 32 people we had staying there. The kids had a great time with all the different activities that this house offers. Parking was fantastic even with our 30-foot-long snowmobile trailer. I would highly recommend this house to everyone.

Perfect Large Family House
The house was perfect for our extended family Christmas gathering. The bunk rooms were awesome and stocked with some fun toys for the kids. The pool table, foosball, and basketball hoop were fun for everyone. There was plenty of space for all. Lots of extra blankets and pillows around. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The host was responsive when we contacted him. I highly recommend.

Perfect house for our big group!!
We loved our stay at the farmhouse! We've stayed at a lot of houses in Bear Lake and this was a favorite! Lots of beds, great dining space, kitchen was well stocked and we loved the location! We missed having a TV in the great room because the whole family couldn't fit in the theater room, but otherwise we had no complaints!

This is a great place for families!
We liked the kitchen/dining area. Plenty of space for everyone to prep meals and eat together. We enjoyed all the different areas: to visit, play board games, watch movies and ball games, and relax. We’ll return for another family gathering time.

spectacular property and great communication
This is a spectacular property. The beds are comfortable and the house is very clean. We had a 50 year anniversary celebration here and had almost 40 people. The games, bikes, paddleboards in the outside garage are great. There is an extra fridge and 2 extra freezer spaces. Plenty of parking that's easy to access. The linens and towels are new and fresh. Communication with the owner and house cleaner was top notch. We would love to stay here again.

The farmhouse that remained spacious throughout our stay
What I loved most about this rental was the great hall/dining room/kitchen. Preparing, serving, eating, and cleaning up after meals went smoothly and orderly. There was enough room to have two or three activities going on simultaneously without much interference. And the game room was directly above for the younger ones with those interests and the theater room was the other major attraction. And some liked going over in the separate part of the facility where they could do their thing. So, I think everyone was pleased with the facility.
