Located in the green Dordogne Périgord. Wood construction covered terrace, two bedrooms kitchen living room, bathroom and separate wc. Equipped for four people, with Tv and wifi access. The land is not delimited and access to the swimming pool is free and private. On request possibility to use the washing machine and the dryer. Sheets are provided. The view is one of the few since it overlooks the property in the valley and there are no constructions opposite. The presence of rich flora and fauna completes the bucolic setting of the place.

Heerlijk ontspannen

Heerlijk verblijf met veel privacy. Huisje is niet groot meer heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Terras,tuin en zwembad liggen zowel beschut als in de zon. In de omgeving is er genoeg te bezoeken. Alleen een auto is wel makkelijk.

Trop bien. Petit coin tranquille. Gîte dans lequel il ne manque rien. Piscine très agréable rien que pour nous. Éric, l'hôte est un homme charmant, serviable et présent mais non envahissant. On a adoré.

Mon week end

A l arrive gîte très propre agencement bien. Discussion avec les proprios tout à fais pars hasard visite de la bergerie (Eric et François ) très sympa. Le plus la piscine malheureusement l était fraîche. Dans un périmètre très proche de nombreux sites à visite. Marché de Riberac, les tourbières, l’église d Aube terre etc…..merci à vous deux. Eric et Stéphanie.

Calme et repos

Propriétaire discret et accessible. Séjour très agréable. Logement tres bien agencé avec terrasse qui permet de profiter d'une vue sur la vallée lors des repas a la belle saison. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour profiter des environs 👍

Gîtes avec tout le nécessaire rien ne manque jeux extérieur (pétanque etc..) jeux intérieur (cartes jeux de familles etc..) tout le nécessaire à la cuisine. Un petit gîte bien organisé et au tarif abordable Un endroit calme reposant et charmant aux abords d un petit bois. Nous reviendrons sans hesiter. Merci.

Prachtige plek met veel rust

Mooie dagen gehad in het kleine huisje met veel ruimte, rust en privacy eromheen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zelfs een klein privé zwembad om af te koelen. Behulpzame eigenaar en prachtige omgeving.

Endroit superbe et chalet très confortable, l'emplacement est discret et sans vis à vis. L'hôte était très aimable et discret, disponible si nécessaire.Je recommande idéal si vous voulez un endroit reposant avec des lieux touristiques et historique à voir et de bons restaurants aux alentours.

Un paradis de campagne

Un vrai bonheur de loger chez Eric. Le chalet et au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne. Ces vacances poussent à la détente et à la déconnection. Malgré tout la 4g fonctionne très bien pour le téléphone. Le chalet est bien équipé avec un bon lit, la salle de bain est agréable ainsi que la cuisine (machine à café Tassimo). La piscine est agréable. Une machine à laver est à disposition avec des dosettes de lessives. A refaire d’urgence ! A l’année prochaine !

Paysage magnifique logement très bien équipé. Éric est réactif aux demandes et très gentil. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable . Par contre prévoir la voiture pour les déplacements car les beaux sites sont à minimum 20 minutes

Séjour bucolique

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette jolie maison en bois avec une vue incroyable sur la nature. Grâce au temps, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse, la piscine et l'immense jardin. Le dépaysement est total et la déconnection immédiate dès que l'on franchit la propriété. Le propriétaire est très gentil et d'une discrétion absolue. Merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
