We are native New Yorkers who have lived in Seattle, Baltimore, Iowa, Pennsylvania and love real estate! We looked for many years to find the perfect spot near Saratoga Springs. We love the outdoors, walking, hiking, cooking, reading and exploration.

A Review From Our Very First Guest!
"My husband, and two grown children spent 4 days at Laura's house over Christmas. We couldn't have been more comfortable. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is huge, big enough for us all to hang out in and visit as we prepared meals. The two separate floors was like having two master suites and meant lot's of privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cold winter nights. Laura was also easy to communicate with, responding quickly to my texts and emails. We hope to come back to the house again."
