I was raised in Michigan and have been a homeowner in Charlevoix for over 30 years. Our family spent summers Up North, but now my four children are grown and scattered across the country from Virginia Beach to Seattle. It's your turn to experience this wonderful property!

Located along the Lake Michigan shoreline in historic Boulder Park, where dreamer Earl Young built some of his most unique stone homes. There are only a handful of Lake Michigan waterfront homes in Charlevoix within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the marina. This is one of them! Over 140 five-star reviews!
