Ground floor villa for 3 people

Comfortable and well equipped on the ground floor of a villa in a quiet area close to the city center. Two houses, one of which is mine are built on land typically Mediterranean terraces. The cars are parked in the garden is fenced. You benefit from a covered terrace with garden furniture and a small meadow. The entrance to the apartment is independent.
The owner lives on the first floor. The orientation is south facing with views to the sea and the rolling countryside.
The 50m2 apartment has a living room with sitting area, dining area and a kitchen, a bedroom (double bed), alcove in the entrance makes sleeping a third person. Regarding health: there is a spacious shower room and toilet.

Un gîte bien pratique à Grasse
Gîte très confortable, bien équipé pour trois personnes, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, avec un parking sécurisé dans la propriété (rare à Grasse). Appartement très agréable , avec terrasse et jardin , accueil attentif et disponible.

Emplacement exceptionnel
Villa très bien située pour visiter Grasse et les environs. Le parking privé et clos est plus qu'utile ! Le logement offre tout le confort nécessaire. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et du jardin monte l'odeur du jasmin. Danièle est très discrète et de bon conseil. Séjour très réussi.

WONDERFUL STAY
We had a great stay at this apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very comfortable with views to the Mediterranean and the towers of Grasse. The host was exceptionally wonderful.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, la terrasse, la tranquillité l equipement, la propreté, la place de parking privée. Deux balades renseignées dans les environs nous ont ravis (grand doc et peygros). En revanche le centre de Grasse est decevant (paupérisation des centres urbains) et nous n avons guere vu de champs de fleurs pour la parfumerie. Les fleurs sauvages ont largement compensé. Si vous allez à St tropez, evitez la route de ste Maxime à St tropez. Prenez le bateau a Ste Maxime. D une manière générale, l endoit s accommode mieux d une petite voiture.Bon séjour.

Amazing week with an amazing host.
Daniele made my stay incredible. She is the definition of a super host. She was welcoming and was always available if I had questions. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed for the week. This was also a good location within walking distance of GIP. I will be back for sure.

Le logement est très confortable, très propre et bien équipé. La terrasse est très agréable, belle vue. Parking pour la voiture. Bien situé, dans un quartier calme et à 10 min à pied du centre ville. Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit einer großen Dusche (die ich sehr genossen habe), separatem WC, Schlafzimmer sowie ein großes helles Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile. Alles in allem habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dazu kam noch, dass die Vermieterin perfekt Deutsch spricht und ich nicht meine rudimentären Französischkenntnisse bemühen musste. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebevoll und fürsorglich. Wir haben eine private Stadtführung von ihr erhalten. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet. Herrliche Lage, tolle überdachte Terrasse. Umzäuntes Gelände. Werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Excellente location, bien située.
La location se trouve dans une propriété fermée, Voiture garée dans la propriété. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. La propriétaire qui habite à l’étage est très accueillante et disponible, tout en restant très discrète. Le logement est à 10/15 minutes du centre de Grasse. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine et gardons l’adresse au cas où..... Idéal pour un couple avec éventuellement un enfant.
