Two bedroom condominium at Breckenridge conveniently located 1 mile from downtown. Free bus stop right in front of unit. The unit includes two bedrooms, queen and 2 twin beds, and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room, TV and DVD player, full bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink and all pots/pans and utensils.
Renter must be over the age of 25. Once payment is received, Mark 9 will be notified that you will be using this week and they will reissue the paperwork for use with your name and details. You will be required to present a credit card at check-in. You are responsible for any damages to unit and personal charges. Pets are not allowed except service dogs. This is a non-smoking resort.

The free brown bus route is super convenient! While the interior design is outdated, it was nice and warm inside during the winter. You really can't do much better pricewise for 2 bedrooms! There was something that triggered our allergies in the bedrooms though.
The condo was as described. Very functional and in very good condition albeit an older property. It met our needs very well. The property manager was excellent! Easy access to town & ski area via the bus stop out front.
Recommendation for future guests: like staying anywhere in Breck best to have an AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicle for parking lot when they get snow. Bring your own humidifier if this is something you use in the mountains as we do.
Positives: fast, easy, and friendly check in/check out, Close and free parking, quiet area, clean rental, coffee pot with coffee provided, crockpot available if needed and all the typical utensils, good appliances, GREAT water pressure for showering, living room and dining room table were nice to have, and the shuttle pickup for skiing really is right at the driveway entrance to the condos.
For rental property management: it would be nice for peace of mind to have a pole for extra security to place behind the sliding door to the patio since there are stairs to ground level, however we were able to use the firewood provided and this worked just fine as a substitute. Also maybe a couple extra blankets would also be nice to have available in the closet. We only had 2 people so I just used the blankets for the 3rd bed but if we had it full with someone on the pull out the pullout appeared to only have sheets available.
Overall: fantastic rental, highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
We only needed our car to get groceries. The bus stop, for the free shuttle, is right in front of the condo. The condo was clean and quiet. The owner was very friendly and responsive to messages. I would stay here again.
Overall, it was a great stay for what we needed. Close to main street. Clean and great balcony.

It was a good property with the amenities needed.
Overall, I would stay there again. I thought there was a hot tub on the property for guest. I didn’t see one but I could have been mistaken that there was one.
