Just 5 houses from the white sandy beach of the Gulf. Located in the city of Anna Maria sits this spacious home with a relaxed island feel. This ideal location allows you to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, pier, trolley stop and Pine Avenue shopping. There's plenty of room to sit back and enjoy your surroundings in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home with a brand new pool and patio.
The main level includes a bedroom with a Twin trundle bed and a full bath. A separate laundry/pantry room and fully equipped kitchen opens to a large, bright and airy dining room area. The living room area offers two large sofas and chairs to kick back and view a movie on the 60 inch TV with Bose surround sound, leading to a large deck overlooking the pool. Take the deck stairs to the pool and private patio area which includes a bathroom and outdoor shower.

The second level offers:
A master suite with a King bed
Another bedroom offers a Queen bed
Final bedroom includes 2 twin beds, plus a roll out trundle
A large guest bath has a bathtub/shower combination

Our Family Favorite!

This house has become our home away from home every other year for Thanksgiving! Eleni is an exceptional Property Manager and goes out of her way for her guests. The house has everything we need for indoors and out! It’s perfectly located a very short distance to the beach so a day at the beach feels effortless. We will definitely be back!

Memorable Memorial Day 2024

This home is great! Location couldn't be better if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Great pool that we enjoyed daily, super easy walk to the beach and back, plus lots of extra beach toys, bikes, chairs and floats to make vacationing there easy and fun! This is our second time back to this same house and it was as great this time as last time. Thanks to the property owners and managers for offering such a nice place to stay.

Can’t wait to return

Location, location, location! We’ve stayed on AMI several times over the years. We prefer to be on the north end of the island. This location is perfect. We were one block from both the beach and Pine Street. We could easily walk everywhere. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and basic supplies. The beach and pool equipment was perfect for our full family of eight. We used the wagon and chairs and it made beach days so easy. The only con I have is the TV in the main living room. We could not get streaming to work. The instructions and welcome book seem to be out of date and didn’t match any remote in the home. Other than that, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Home in Paradise

This was our fourth year to have the pleasure of staying in this home that provided everything we could need or wish for. Location was excellent, literally steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the north shore and in walking distance to many shops and places to eat.The home was clean, comfortable, and provided an abundance of beach gear, pool toys, 2 bikes and a ping pong table. Our property manager was exceptional in making sure everything was in top condition, and she was always available if we needed anything. Have already booked 10 weeks for 2025!

Amazing vacation!

What a beautiful and relaxing home for our family vacation. The house is clean, well furnished and was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed the warmth, even on the cooler days. We all slept so well on the most comfortable beds ever. This house is one we will come back to again and again as we love the island and the memories that we come home with each time. Thank you for having us!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Appreciate a well stocked home, with everything we needed. Was probably the cleanest rental I ever stayed in. On a quite street, but close to everything. Enjoyed short walks to restaurants and beach.

Perfect vacation!

This is the perfect vacation home! It is spacious, clean, has all the amenities including a great pool and is a two minute walk to the beach. They have all the beach items you could need…chairs, umbrellas, canopy, toys, boogie boards and a cart to wheel it all to the beach. They also have two bikes which our teens used to cruise all around the island. We rented a golf cart and explored the island and it’s restaurants and shops. The property manager was great, readily available and very helpful. It was a great vacation and we’ll be back to stay in this wonderful beach house soon.

Not quite the perfect week!

Sorry but having paid a lot of money for what looked like the perfect property we ended up being somewhat disappointed. We had issues gaining entry to the property and then couldn't lock up again the next day when we were going out. However when we contacted Eleni, she came and sorted it. Property in great location. The main living area was lovely and very well equipped in kitchen and utility. However the main master bedroom bed had very hard mattress and springs in frame made noise with every movement. We could not run the bath after the children went to bed as there was awful noise in their bedroom from inside the wardrobes. The beds in third bedroom also had very hard mattresses which our son-in-law had to swap with the ones from bedroom 4 downstairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were very hot at night. There was no light switch on upper landing to see the stairs once you had turned off the lights on living room floor - particularly dangerous! Unfortunately the property immediately behind was being renovated inside and out (not your fault) and the builders started at 7.15am with disc cutters, saws, drilling etc which went on all day so we were unable to sit out at property on deck or around pool due to noise! It continued at weekend. We had storm on first night and beach had red flag for the first three days so we would have liked to have been able to use pool and deck area at property and we were only there for a week. We have been coming to Island for over 30 years and renting properties. This holiday was our first in four years and our grandchildren's first visit to Florida. I am sorry to say that this is the first house have had issues with and were particularly disappointed as this was by far the most expensive. However we enjoyed our stay and it was well appointed with new living/kitchen areas and items for beach etc.

We loved the house and proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The house is well equipped and has everything we needed! The owner was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the TV that we struggled with on the first night. All in all a fabulous place to stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Snowbird Destination

We have just returned from our third 8-week winter stay in this wonderful home, and already dreaming about our return same time next year! Perfect place, perfect location!

Our first time at Anna Maria Island, and this house and it’s location made it a truly special trip with our family. The house itself is great and has everything you need for the beach and the pool, and for cooking and relaxing throughout the week. The location is amazing! Wonderful, relaxing vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home. It was the perfect location, being less than a 2 minute walk from the beach! The home is spacious and beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. The home is well stocked and ready to enjoy. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, and out by the pool. The bikes were so nice to have access to, allowing us to explore the island a little more closely. We had such a fun, memorable trip and look forward to staying here again!

Never disappoints!

Great stay

Family of 8 stayed at property. Access to beach was within 1 block, water was beautiful with white sandy beach. Many shops within short distance from house. It was a beautiful home to stay in.

Umm, I'd pass

Guest shower was not usable the entire trip. We took showers in the outside shower. Property manager (who was out of town) wanted us to try Drain-o. We just used outside shower. Very unsafe key access procedures (as in, anyone who has rented this house in the past can get in because they do not change the code and REQUIRE you to keep the key outside). I honestly would not have mentioned any of these things but the property manager sent me a message before we got on our flight home REEMING me out about sand in the house. There was no forgiveness for the bathroom issue- She was fuming over sand. I also do not think the property manager realizes that we paid a house cleaning fee. I personally vacation rent a home I own in Tennessee and would never treat guests as this manager did.

Perfect AMI

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here! The house had all we needed including so many beach necessities! We especially appreciated all the beach chairs and wagon. Some of our people went to the beach daily (access was so close) while others who don’t love the sand stayed back at the pool. We enjoyed the tv for movies and games on our rainy days and loved being so close to Pine to be able to walk to a lot of shops. There is a cute little cafe just 2 blocks from the house which we enjoyed for brunch one day. Overall, would definitely rent again!
