Small but comfortable

We loved this little studio apartment. It was a perfect size for two. We loved watching the action on the harbor. The moon coming up over the water was beautiful. And it was great having the kayak rental so close and the blocks of all types of restaurants featuring amazing cuisines. Liked it so much we booked 2 extra days.

A true gem!

This apartment was perfect! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants on 2nd Street, clean, well stocked with the essentials, and has the most beautiful view of the bay!

Me and my daughter enjoyed our stay. Place is small but very comfortable. It was perfect for us. The view and location was awesome. The host "Kelly " was very accommodating, friendly and readily available.

This nice apartment was just as billed. Not fancy, but with a sweet little deck overlooking the beach and street. The neighborhood is very busy, which I enjoyed. It was thoughtfully stocked with things I needed.

Very Disappointed. Place needs desperate maintenance. Very dirty! Some appliances no working.

The minute we walk in and went into the bathroom the fallis the faucets were full of black dirt around the base and the screen in the bathroom was so clogged you couldn't see through it.. The microwave you have didn't work the oven wont-work. They left dirty towels. If the couch was so bad and you sunk so far down in it that I ended up with a sciatica problem.

5-STAR LOCATION!

You can’t beat the location!!! This is by far one of my favorite rentals because of the VIEW & balcony. It’s steps to the beach, paddle boarding, and 5-minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Great spot for 1-2 people. The Murphy bed is actually REALLY comfortable, air works great. Only 2 suggestions is: do NOT plan on taking the bikes out (old, rusty & chain falls off). Not a deal a breaker, I just with we need ahead not to waste our time. The silverware could use an upgrade, but again… can live with old silverware for the view!! 💯 stay again!!

A perfect view

The VRBO description of this property is exactly what you will find. The deck makes it easy to enjoy an evening of relaxation. The bikes were a fun experience of the beach. We would choose this property again.

Studio in GREAT location

Small studio in older building. Apartment is older, nothing fancy but fair for the money. Not much room inside, but when you are right on the water you shouldn't be in there anyway!! Location is perfect. 6 steps from bay. 4 minute walk to ocean. Tons of restaurant and bar options all within 8 minute walk. Here are my overall opinions... -parking is on the street but wasn't much of an issue -neighborhood was safe and friendly -apartment very small and dated. Murphy bed is def on the uncomfortable side and makes TONS of noise when rolling or turning in bed. -kitchen and bath are both clean and well stocked. -TV and internet worked great and fast -outdoor deck overlooking water is great. Needs a little work where a hole is forming but still good. Dolphins and seals swim literally 50yards from this balcony!!! -sliding glass doors are good though one doesn't lock -screen doors fell out every time they were opened. Again not a huge deal -neither of these issues i reported to homeowner as we were only there a short time and we weren't bothered by them -homeowner Kelley responded immediately when i did have questions. Overall if you are a couple looking to stay right on the water and not break the bank, I would highly recommend this unit.

Where to start! Great location,Great view, apt is well stocked.to include little extras that guest have left behind . But the cleanliness was far below my standards I don’t think I’m an overly picky person but believe me when I say it was very very dirty I hope I can leave pics on the site there was black mold in the bathroom in the shower on the doors ! The interior is very tired the sheets had many marks on them as well as all the baseboards were full of dirt I actually cleaned one of the bathroom window window seals myself the pots and pans have stuck on grime and some of the walls by the stove have food I was very disappointed in the overall condition of the apartment going onto the Murphy bed it’s self was very uncomfortable and the two doors that flank the sides are totally in your way so getting in and out of the bed is very difficult there is no headboard as well this was a business trip for me and was a last-minute booking but 24 hours ahead or I probably would’ve left if I had to spend too much time there my husband was very disappointed and was not happy with me at all I can I just cannot express my disappointment in the lack of cleanliness I sure hope I get to leave pictures because I think pictures say 1000 words I everything really does need to be replaced and painted as well the floors were in terrible condition and the sisal rug should be thrown out that’s my honest opinion I was looking forward to enjoying my experience I do not stay at VRBO‘s and I think this may be the last time that I will again I just got home I’m very tired and exhausted and probably should have waited to write this review at a better time but I wanted to say everything before I forgot oh I forgot I wanted to mention the parking even though I thought it would be bad it was not it was actually pretty easy although it is October we only had to park it on another street for sweet cleaning one day as I stayed in this unit 3 nights

Great location - great view - perfect for an older widow like myself

I lived in the Shores 30 yrs ago - wow has it built up! This was my 3rd visit & as before Kelly makes sure it is warm & welcoming with coffee & snacks! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COZY BUNGALOW I will be contacting Kelly to possibly rent out the entire unit for a family reunion soon

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect. It is just steps away from the beach, kayaking and paddle boarding. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. It has everything you nee for your stay. Having bikes to use was an absolute bonus! We met Kelley and she was great. She was very welcoming and she gave us a tour of her other properties. We will definitely be coming back here!

The " filet" of Belmont Shores

This cozy and comfortable apartment has an ideal location with a front row seat to the ever changing panorama of the bay. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, extra pillows and blankets, etc.... The only thing I could not find which would have been convenient was a pait of scissors :) Street parking was surprisingly easy. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Our 1st experience!

My Wife & I were introduced to the area for a wedding July '18. We fell in LOVE with the area immediately. Living in Phoenix at average temperature 112 degrees, we immediately booked a week at this place for last week. Check in, price, clenlinist, and location to beach marina, ocean beach and 2nd street restaurants were AMAZING!! We are planning our next reservation!!

The perfect location!

We had such a great time staying at this property and the host was amazing! You are right on the water and we got to wake up to a great view, walk to the beach, and go kayaking in the canal.
