It's great for spending time with family and entertaining. If you walk just up the stairs you'll find a nice loft with a small workspace and a game table. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, including a large primary suite with a King bed, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Walk a short distance to the top of the road to see expansive views of Lake Tahoe and enjoy miles of trails leading to the Tahoe Rim Trail.
Summer guests will enjoy being close to restaurants, beaches, and hiking trails, as well as the bright and cheery interior. Winter guests will enjoy the view of fresh snowfall on the trees through the large windows, parking in the 2 car garage and the quick drive to Homewood, Palisades Tahoe, and Alpine Meadows ski resorts.

Parking:
Parking is available for four cars max. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
