I stayed for 30 days. Location was perfect. Walking distance to town and short drive to grocery store. House was exactly as pictured. Very cute and clean. Convenient parking in lot right outside front door. Easy communication with host.
This cottage was just about perfect for our first visit to Beaufort. The owner has furnished the historic cottage for a visitor's comfort with a gorgeous new gas stove, comfortable seating, large TVs, and so much more. Communication was always prompt and helpful. We loved the proximity to the waterfront and historic neighborhoods. In every direction, there were lovely walks! We would not hesitate to rent this property again.
We couldn't be in a better location during these stressful times as we are able to get outdoors to walk and have lovely porch to enjoy also.
Won't be leaving for another few weeks.
Very welcoming home away from home. The house was well supplied with paper, cleaning and laundry supplies as well as starter coffee for our first morning of vacation. This is a very comfortable and beautifully decorated home conveniently located within walking distance of the historic downtown and adjacent to The Point. Eddie was very helpful when we had any questions and quick to return texts. Thank you, Eddie, for a wonderfully maintained property.

Eddy,s place
Our stay at Eddies place was very convenient to downtown, the historic areas and other South Carolina places of interest. The house was comfortable, clean with everything required for a few days or several weeks which we did. Eddie needs to upgrade the internet which was slow and sometimes non existing. In spite of that my wife and I enjoyed staying at at Eddy,s place and will not hesitate to go back again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay in this charming cottage just a 10 minute walk
to downtown Beaufort shops and restaurants. Location location location!! We brought our bikes and rode on the Spanish Moss trail. Nice drive by car to Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head. This one bedroom one bath is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. Having a fireplace was a nice touch since our stay was in the winter months. Also loved having a stackable washer and dryer in the cottage . The owners, Eddie and Susan, were very helpful and accommodating , occasionally checking in on us by text, email, or phone to addiress any questions or concerns. Even surprising us with some Christmas treats one day! Our son lives and works in Beaufort and we plan to return for another extended stay!
Enjoyed my month in the cottage immensely. Eddie, Worth and Bonnie were very responsive when I had a question or needed some help. The cottage is perfectly outfitted and about twice as large as I gauged from the photos. A few minutes walk and I was watching breathtaking sunsets down by the waterfront. Classy owners who treat their guests with class. Literally could not recommend highly enough!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortably appointed cottage. The location in The Point is the best!
The cottage is cozy and well appointed, conviently located in The Point, making it easy to walk everywhere and see the sites in the historic area of Beaufort. The owner, Eddie, is so responsive and kind hearted. I accidentally locked myself out one evening about 9 pm, with no phone, purse, nothing, and my dog was still inside the cottage. I got to a phone at a motel down the street, called Eddie, and he had his son, who was so kind, to come and open the door right away. The whole family couldn’t be nicer and so accommodating. Would definitely stay again but this time probably suggest to friends and family, as we now live in Beaufort! We had used this lovely cottage as our home base while we were getting our new house ready to move in at the end of the month. Come and stay here, you won’t be disappointed. Who knows, you might decide to make Beaufort your new home like we did!

Cute House
Spent two months from December to February in house. House was very comfortable and very close to downtown Beaufort. It is on a very quiet corner in the historic district and across from USCB buildings. The house is well-appointed. Having a washer and dryer in the kitchen is a plus.
