We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and spacious. We spent a lot of our time in the lanai, swimming in the pool, watching the wildlife and the sunsets.The location was close to golfing,shopping, grocery stores and many great restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay! I loved the lay out of the home, getting to swim and sit in the hot tub while watching TV was wonderful! The home is well decorated, and the cleanliness just makes you feel safe and cozy! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we made some lasting memories.

Fabulous Getaway
The checkin process and check out were clear and easy. The listing is on point. The owners were very responsive. We lived outside while eating meals at the table, swimming, sitting the the hot tub, reading a book on the outdoor couch, watching a TV show or listening to music. We did all this while watching nature around the canal. Great beaches nearby and access to stores but not too close - quiet neighborhood and surrounding area. We left feeling sun and salt water energized.

Daughters wedding
Rented this property for our daughter’s wedding on boca grand. Owners were very friendly and accommodating and even helped us by going to the property when our tuxedos were delivered early before we arrived. The house is BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed for a fun wedding week. Bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and all the kitchen appliances and utensils you need. Beds were so comfortable showers were amazing and outdoor area was perfect for grilling, swimming, fishing and watching tv under the covered area while hanging out with our family. Thank you so much for a wonderful time! Would highly recommend and will book again!

Best house ever in Rotonda. Stayed 2 weeks. Enjoyed every minute of it. Tv outside in the lanai was very appreciated. Watch the morning news from the pool. Everything in the house is first class. Amazing!
This property is clean, beautiful, peaceful, and overall perfect. We loved having the pool and hot tub right near the canal to watch wildlife - we lived on the patio! We cooked meals in the kitchen and ate outside. The beaches in the area are perfect. The owners were extremely responsive and very helpful! We are already looking for an opportunity to return.

Simply the Best
We have found through experience that the best vacation rentals are with great owners. Peggy & Bob are beyond compare. The attention to detail with this house are very evident. It has everything you need in order to cook there, visit the fantastic beaches, enjoy the fabulous pool and spa, and totally relax on the well-equipped lanai. Location is ideal. We visited 6 beautiful beaches. Pool was super clean and the bikes got a lot of use. Communication with owners was outstanding. Highly recommend for a great vacation.

Simply the best home we have stayed in
Staying in a home other than your own always comes with some questions; will they have this, will they have that? In the homes we have stayed in before there are generally some key things missing.... I cannot say this about our stay, we had EVERYTHING we needed and more. We enjoy cooking and only going out to dinner a couple of times, so having a stocked kitchen was a welcome surprise! The home was clean, the rooms large and beds soft. Oh ... the pool? Amazing. I believe it is a salt water pool, which means my skin felt refreshed rather than chalky from too much chlorine. The location was perfect, a quiet community with a well maintained everything. Put it this way, if you're looking for a place to stay within 50 miles of this location, you owe it to yourself to book this house!
