Agréable

Maison confortable et spacieuse. Très bien située à 3 minutes à pied des commerces et des activités estivales (concert, marché). L espace extérieur est agréable mais on n a pas pu en profiter à cause des moustiques. La plage à proximité est très bien sauf le parking payant. Tres bon séjour et accueil très sympathique de la personne en charge de l'accueil.

Très bon sejour

Très bonne expérience. La maison est vraiment conforme au descriptif et très bien équipée. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Il y a des criques à environ 15 minutes. Très bons échanges à distance avec la propriétaire pour tout ce qui concerne la maison. L'accueil sur place à l'arrivée et au départ est également parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Top Lage, Beschreibungen stimmen jedoch nicht ganz mit der Wirklichkeit überein

Gute Ausgangslage für diverse Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wunderschöner Sandstrand in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über gute Matratzen. Was wir bemängeln: Es gibt keinen Blick auf den Strand wie beschrieben (womöglich von der oberen Wohnung her). Der Haupteingang ist nicht das schöne Bild mit der Treppe, sondern der orange Nebeneingang. Es gibt KEIN WIFI! Leider gibt es im Beschrieb keine Angabe diesbezüglich. Die Garage kann nicht benutzt werden, wie beschrieben. Selbst das Parkieren auf dem Gelände ist nur mit einem kleinen Fahrzeug möglich. Da die Zufahrtsstrasse auch als Parkplatz genutzt wird, ist das Einbiegen in das Grundstück nicht möglich. Das war sehr mühsam, wir mussten das Fahrzeug wie alle anderen irgendwo auf der Strasse parken. Für die Endreinigung bezahlt man 60 Euro, ausser man putzt selber. Was uns da aber erstaunt hat, war, dass es in der ganzen Wohnung von Spinnweben und Spinnen gewimmelt hat. Zusätzlich lüfteten wir die Wohnung täglich, brachten den Mief aber nicht raus. Wahrscheinlich war länger niemand mehr da. Die Dame, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, war nicht die Eigentümerin, war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist von oben her sehr hellhörig, sodass wir des Öfteren morgens um 7.00 Uhr von der Mutter der Eigentümerin geweckt wurden. Fazit: Lage top, werden das nächste Mal aber sicher eine andere Wohnung suchen.

Great Location

Overall we had a good stay. Everything necessary was available in the house and the house itself is in a great location: walking distance to supermarkets, bakeries, several restaurants, easy access to the autoroute going to St Maxime and St Tropez. Even a nice, sandy beach is only about 15 min walking distance. However, you have to go uphill on your way back, which you might want to reconsider if you have little kids.

Très belle location bien située

Ce beau rez de jardin de villa donne sur un grand jardin, avec un intérieur rénové confortable et fonctionnel. La 1ere plage (belle calanque) est à 10 minutes à pied et les plages de sable à 20 minutes à pied avec des enfants. La maison est au calme tout en étant à coté du centre de St Aygulf : boulangeries, marché et commerces sont à 3 minutes! Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances!

Casa bella funzionale avrei dato cinque stelle se ci fossero state le zanzariere alle finestre per il resto è tutto perfetto anche la signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e disponibile la consiglio !

Super séjour

La maison est parfaite pour un séjour sur la côte d’Azur. Proche de la mer, au calme, le marché à pied et un joli jardin. La voiture peut rester dans la cour et tout à pied... Il y a de jolies criques et le sentier des douaniers est magnifique. Je conseille vivement cette location qui est très confortable et l’emplacement est top.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit und ohne Kinder!

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie bietet eine Vollaustattung von Reisebett bis Elektrogrill und verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten für die Erwachsenen und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder rund um das Haus. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man auf dem Marktplatz um alles einzukaufen. Und auch der Ortsstrand von Saint Aygulf ist, wie im Inserat beschrieben, nah und fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man in wenigen Minuten verschiedenste schöne Strände erreichen. Die Verrmieterin ist absolut zuverlässig. Sie hat uns sogar auf ihre Kosten ein Paket mit vergessenen Utensilien nach Deutschland geschickt. Wir hatten mit 6 Personen eine tolle Zeit!

Very nice house with excellent location

The house is well equipped and spacious. It is nicely renovated and everything in the house functions very well. Due to danger of fire there is a sort of electric frying pan to use for outside barbeque. Not exactly the real thing, but it works well. The central square is in walking distance and the very nice beaches are 5 minutes away by car. We took night swims where we walked across the square and down to a small stone beach. What a treat to swim at 10 pm. The owner responds swiftly and the local contact is very service minded. We can fully recommend the property. Best Regards Gert

Séjour reposant, très agréable , au calme

La propriété est tout proche du centre-ville et au calme, une fois installé dans la maison et le jardin, on se sent dans un petit cocon. La maison est de plain-pied, ce qui est super reposant quand on a des enfants en bas âge (et une maison à étages !), la distribution des pièces est bien pensée, la décoration simple mais moderne (ce qui change de certaines locations que j'ai pu faire et qui sont parfois déprimantes car "dans leur jus"...pourtant, j'adore le "vintage") ; la cuisine est bien appréciable pour celui qui aime cuisiner. Point important : la literie est excellente !!! nous avons super bien dormi . L'extérieur est très sympa et comme la maison offre une grande baie vitrée et la porte d'entrée à un autre endroit, si on ouvre tout, on a l'impression d'être entouré de verdure. Les enfants ont adoré la maison (et me réclament d'y retourner). Nous avons apprécié les équipements comme la station hifi, la télé avec dvd enfants , les petits jeux de société...pour ce qui est de la région, mon avis n'est pas objectif car j'allais en vacances à Saint-Aygulf quand j'étais enfant et j'y ai beaucoup de souvenirs. Pour résumer, si on devait revenir à Saint-Aygulf, je ne chercherai pas une autre location car celle ci a rempli tous nos critères !

Villa très agréable

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer une semaine dans cette villa joliment refaite et aménagée. La maison est très fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres qui rend les nuits agréables. Les équipements sont neufs et cela est également appréciable. Nos deux enfants ont profité de l'extérieur. La maison est très bien orientée avec une terrasse ombragée toute la journée. Le quartier est calme et proche de toutes les commodités comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Prévoyez 15mn de marche pour les plages de sables et 10mn pour les calanques. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison pour passer de belles vacances.

Maison très agréable proche mer et commerces

La maison est nichée dans la verdure, proche du centre et des plages, très calme. Joli déco soignée et l'interieur est tout neuf et bien équipé. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et jogging à la colline , les petites Maures sont toutes proches(accessible à pied en 20 mn)et superbes en cette saison. Balade le long de la plage via le beau Sentier douanier et crêpes au restau du Blanc bleu, Bref un break très réussi ! Merci Christine

vacances de pâques

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous louons cet appartement. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir chaque année et chaque fois que ce sera possible. Son emplacement central nous permet des très belles escapades ! Sans parler de son intérieur cosy et très propre et de l'équipement complet à disposition des locataires. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. je recommanderai et j'ai déjà recommandé ce logement à mon entourage.

Gladly again

We could spend our holidays in October 2015 in the house and it was great. The house is situated in a very quiet street, but just a short walk from the center with numerous shopping opportunities, for example: - 2 supermarkets - 1 great baker - 1 organic greengrocer - Various patisseries - 1 marketplace We felt very comfortable in the house and garden. The pictures show very well the local situation. We found it really very nice. To the sea you have to walk not more than 10 minute’s. Up to the first sandy beach it is about 15 minute’s footpath. Near to the house is a beautiful park with a children's playground. The next time in Southern France, we would not hesitate to spend our holiday again in this house. We even hope that the house will be free at this time.

parfait

nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette jolie maison refaite à neuf, bien située à proximité de tous les commerces, avec le marché deux fois par semaines et assez proche de la mer pour s'y rendre à pied la maison est spacieuse et très propre. l'accueil de la gérante est impeccable et nous mets de suite à l'aise. en plus on peut se stationner devant le garage grâce à une place de parking fermée; idéal si l'on ne veut pas conduire. nous y retournerons avec plaisir je recommande vivement cette location

Bon séjour dans cette jolie location

Jolie location bien placée idéal pour 6 personnes.Acceuil sympathique et propriétaire sympa et prévenante .Descriptif conforme au produit.Maison propre et état neuf.On peut aller à la plage à pied mais les criques sont plus sympa à mon goût 5mn en voiture.Pas de problème pour se garer devant les criques.Tous les commerces accessibles à pied et très proche.Marché du mardi et vendredi sympa
