Completely remodeled condo unit in beautiful Summerlin. Close to restaurants, parks, shops, golfing and walking/jogging trails. Ideally located just 15 min to all the excitement of the strip. 10 min trip to hiking in Red Rock National Conservation. Best of all worlds. The condo is a ground level unit with two queen size beds and offers, WIFI, cable with 3 big screen TV's, outdoor patio, outdoor pool/jacuzzi (please note the pool is open April 1 - November 1), assigned parking space, walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean condo featuring brand new granite counter tops, brand new cabinets, stainless appliances and washer dryer. Beautiful real wood burning fireplace for coziness. Quiet and serene location. This is a non-smoking/pet free unit. Smoking on the patio is permitted.

Perfect Spot for a sports weekend.

This was exactly what we needed. It was close to all the fields we played at. There were plenty of stores nearby and the host was excellent at communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!

This VRBO was exactly as stated in the description. Very clean and an excellent location. Only 15 minutes to the strip but everything was within walking distance - restaurants, pharmacy and Target just a short ride. Kim was amazing to communicate with and allowed us to extend the checkout time as our flights were delayed. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!

It was fine

The condo is right next to a busy road and so very loud. The bedding needs to be updated and the pillows are old and very uncomfortable. The kitchen was clean but everything else was just OK.

Great condo

This was a great condo in a good location for being close to the strip, but not on it. It was clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again. Kim, the host, was nice and responded to all my questions.

In Vegas to climb at Red Rock; closest, reasonably priced place I could find. The stay was hassle free, decent restaurants close by, and the hot tub was nice after a day of climbing.
