Tucked away from the noisy hubbub of Apex Village, this unit is an easy 3 minute walk to the village. Featuring a spacious layout with 3 generous bedrooms and 3 baths, plus a loft with soaring ceilings and tall windows giving great views! Find a gas fireplace, board games, private hot tub (during winter months), BBQ and garage. Only 30-minute drive to Penticton.

Over 1400sq feet over 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

Amazing place for a family

We’ve stayed at quite a few properties around Apex over the years and this was our favorite. With the skating loop right outside the back door, the kids had a lot of fun playing in the snow when we weren’t skiing. And with the two floors, there was more than enough space when we were all inside. Would highly recommend this place for families.

Perfect getaway

Apex Mountain is a wonderful place to relax and ski and Chelsea's home is the perfect home base for a great vacation. Everything you need for a fun filled ski week - and a nice new hot tub too.

Absolutely Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is walking distance to the village, and everything you may need is available with this property. The townhouse is spacious and layout is perfect. Communicating with the property owner was courteous and they were very responsive. The property is fantastic in what it provides, where it is located, and we would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for that perfect getaway.

Brilliant location right on the ice rink

Steps off the balcony down to the ice rink, our teenagers were out there constantly. A couple mins walk to the ski slope (that even the kids didn't whine about). Clean, warm, well stocked place, garage to park the car and store ski gear. We loved it here and would come back.

Loved our stay!

It is always nice to have your expectations exceeded! We had a perfect family ski weekend in this nice townhome at Apex. A four-minute walk to the lifts, and the rear deck with hot tub was perfect for apres-ski relaxing--loved the Christmas lights on the railing! We are also a figure skating family, and we stepped off the deck right onto the famous Apex skating trail every night, and skated laps every night--super fun! The flannel sheets were a nice and cozy touch- made it tough to get out of bed in the morning! The gas fireplace was nice, as were the available TV options. Our 15- and 20-year old daughters immediately voted to come back next year, which says a lot! Thanks, Chelsea!

a wonderful family New Years ski holiday at Apex

Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with plenty of beds and extra bedding if needed - the hot tub was excellent and very welcome after a great day of pow pow skiing! yes 30+ cm of fresh snow for us to explore. With our family of 8 (adults!) the shared family areas could have felt tight, but there was plenty of chairs and pillows to spill onto the floor as needed. TV was available but rarely used since we love to play games at the large kitchen table. The kitchen itself was well stocked with lots of great items but could use another large pot and strainer for our pasta meals. This unit is very family (young children) friendly - we noticed a lovely corner kid-size table and chairs as well as baby sleds and folding cribs. And we did use the skating loop right behind the deck! Awesome, just disappointed we didn't get out there a couple of more times (too tired from skiing!) I recommend this unit for family and friends - we enjoyed immensely and are so grateful it became available to us at the last minute.
