Beachfront relaxation!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary here. It was great - clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. The views from inside were beautiful, but we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning. The beach is just steps away, as is the pool, though it was a little cool for us. We’ll be back!

Great location

The unit was wonderful. Beds were comfy. Location is close to anything you could want. Beach was much less crowded than other spots. Only issue we had was not being able to store our bags till checkin.

So glad that we chose this condo. This was perfect location for 2 adults and 3 kids. Waking up to the sunset. Mr. Michael was a great host, we would definitely make plans to return!!!

Spring Break 2024

Great condo in Orange Beach! Super easy access to the beach and hiking trails in the state park. Lots of space in the living/dining room to spread out. Beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony. The weather was a bit cool at times but the heated pool was extremely nice!

Great experience!

Loved the location as well as the condo itself. Check-in was smooth and property manager was very responsive and helpful. Condo is well stocked and everything was as explained. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our own space while our adult kids and their friends could enjoy their own space too. Waking up to the beach views was so nice. The property is beautiful and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. Can’t wait to book again for another vacation.

Orange Beach gem!

This was our second visit and it was absolutely perfect. The condo is just as described in the listing so there are no glitches or unpleasant surprises. The condo's location is ideal, not only for being on the beach, but restaurants and shopping are extremely convenient. Parking, although we were told wasn't guaranteed, it was not a problem whatsoever. Everything we needed (and failed to bring with us) was there. The fully equipped kitchen is great; the number and selection of beach toys was perfect for our nine year old granddaughter. The only suggestion we have is that the mattress (queen size) in the secondary bedroom isn't comfortable. Possibly time to replace it? Otherwise, everything was perfect and we look forward to a return stay next summer. Thank you for a great spot to vacation with our family in beautiful Orange Beach! The Woodstuff & Nolan families

Beautiful place!

The condo is very nice, quiet, at the end of the beach away from other large hotels. The view is of the beach directly!!! It’s gorgeous! Communication was great with prop manager when I had a question. It’s very important to read all the info on your booking bc they only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and one little pkt for one dishwasher load and one laundry load. We drove so I was able to bring all that for the 6 of us but someone flying in has to remember to go shopping if that won’t last. Also there is $45/car/stay for parking at the resort. If you know these things it’s lovely. The balcony was nice and there is a queen sleeper sofa in LR. It’s really quite nice! Would stay again.

Almost perfect

The location of this property was great! The condo location was perfect. Great views of the beach and the pool which is great for people with kids. The manager was super responsive. Condo was clean and bad everything we needed. My only complaint is the parking. When you stay at a condo for a week, you should NOT have to pay extra for parking. I’ve never had that happen and we frequent orange beach. At least one car should have free parking. Other than that - perfect!

Super place and fantastic service

We have been staying in Orange Beach for 20 years plus. By far this is the best place we have ever stayed. While it is older, the condo is in great shape. Pluses: Not crowded by high-rises, beautiful landscaping, tremendous owner, tremendous support staff on-site, comfortable beds, easy access to beach, best washer and dryer we have ever had. Negatives. Time flies down there for some reason. I hate to sell it too much because I want to come back next year. I would reserve now but never know when I can take vacation till late March. Will try to buy here soon.

Orange Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped (note there is a coffee pot but not a Keurig). The unit is on the second floor, and the beach is easily accessible. We had everything we needed to have a fun time with our teenage kids. Like most condos, plan to hit the grocery store on the way in because only the bare minimum of paper goods, trash bags, dishwasher tabs etc. is supplied. There are grocery store options within a five minute drive. If you have younger kids, there is a closet full of beach toys and boogie boards already there for you. This unit is on the very end of the building and has a stairwell that you pass through a couple of doors to get to it; This might be difficult for someone with accessibility issues, but makes it very convenient to hop one flight of stairs on your way in or out and avoid the elevator. The condo property is well kept and has a nice heated outdoor pool, with a short boardwalk out to the beach. The location is perfect, just down from the State Park beach and just outside of the busy part of Orange Beach. My only complaint would be that the parking fees are not well advertised, but they are there in the fine print if you look for them. The fees aren’t assessed by the owners, but $50 per vehicle with a chance that you may or may not be able to park your second vehicle is not a plus. Our Stay 10/16-18/23

The property was extremely nice. Decor was just right and clean. There was three things that was not good: 1). Called for more toilet paper. Each bathroom had a small piece of a roll in it. Was told we had to furnish since they gave enough to make it through one night and that was all they furnished. 2) Same with soap and trash bags. What you got was all you got. 3). In all my stays in VRBO rentals, I have never had to pay for parking. 45 dollars for two nights. As I stated, the property was extremely nice, but we won’t be staying there again. These things should be put in the property description for future guests.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a beautiful condo and the location was perfect! Beautiful views of the ocean. We even got to see dolphins swimming by! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, as well as all the basics, cups, bowls, plates, silverware, etc. We spent Christmas at the condo and I was easily able to make a complete Christmas dinner, as well as bake cookies for Santa. As our family grows, so must our vacation rentals, and this condo was the perfect size for our family. It felt so much bigger than some of the others we have stayed at, and the layout was perfect. Looooooooooved the huge master bathroom! And having a washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus and so convenient. We had a hard time finding the unit our first night there, as the elevators weren't working, so we had to use the elevators for the other building, and then once we got all the way around, you have to walk through 2 separate doors (a staircase) to get to the front door... we got to the stairs and turned around because we thought it was the end of the building. Didn't think to walk through the doors in the staircase. But we eventually found our way and had no other issues. And it was actually kind of nice having it be the only door past the stairs, as you didn't have any other guests walking by the front door constantly, so it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating at the table or breakfast bar. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible!

The condo and views are even better than the pictures! We feel so lucky that we picked this condo! We definitely had one of the best views and being on the 2nd floor was perfect for quick access to the pool and/or beach! Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 older teens) stayed in this condo and it was wonderful! We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and felt cozy! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook large or small meals. We did call Mike about one small issue and he answered quickly, was very nice and helpful. They had a closet full of beach chairs, and beach toys. It was an awesome surprise. We didn’t know about the crab hunting until we arrived and our family was excited to use the nets and buckets that were provided. :) The air conditioning worked great, which was appreciated when we would come back from a hot day at the beach. The BEACH access is gorgeous! The white sand is beautiful and the water was clear almost every day we were there. You can tell the beaches are very well cared for in this area. This resort is less crowded and makes you feel like you have the beach to yourself! When you return from the beach, there is a nice area to hose off the sand. The pool was pretty and clean. The whole property looks pretty and well cared for. There was a trash chute on our floor, which was awesome and convenient! :) We can’t wait to stay in this unit again!! Thank you!

Nice comlpex

This is our 2nd stay at this complex. The location is perfect and the beach is not crowded which is awesome! The pools are nice as well. I have to say I was a bit disappointed this trip. The unit was fine, however cleanliness was not great. Seems that the cleaning service was either in a hurry or didn't really have pride in their work. Utensils were just thrown in the drawers(we straightened them up). We moved a chair in the living room and there was a pile of food crumbs & sand (we cleaned that up) There was a leftover cheese puff on the floor in the master(took care of that too) The garbage disposal was full of trash and old food(unfortunately I took care of that🤢) Several closet doors were off the tracks(Not a big deal) We had refrigerator issues. I spoke to the property manager and he sd it takes a while to cool. Ok, I understand that. He called back that evening to check in. I told him it was really no better and he stated he would call me the next morning. So such luck. My husband fixed the problem with the fridge. Overall we would definitely at this complex again, just probably a different unit.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with beautiful views of the ocean. We loved the short walk to the beach that was not overly crowded because it was the last condo in that area. We would love to come back and stay in the same condo. Any questions we had before our stay we’re always answered very promptly. Thank you so much for all the detailed summary about the area and the restaurants before we got there. It helped us out a lot and was appreciated.

First Vacation on the Gulf

Lovely view. Lovely condo -- well equipped, good AC, good beds. The beach was clean and soft. Loved the balcony. Just a bit of morning sun but shaded in the afternoon. Stars were amazing. A bit of a drop off when entering water, which is probably only an issue if you are infirm or very young. (not the property's fault that we were beseiged by jellyfish, winds, surf and even some shark spottings)
