Privileged environment, in a 19th century villa, apartment (large studio with mezzanine) with ecological materials, bright and sunny, double southern exposure, with sea and Montebello views, combining the charm of old and modern. Enjoying a large collective terrace reserved for the occupants of the villa, by the beach and a private cabin. It is a few minutes' walk from the town center, restaurants and the casino. And from the villa there are lovely walks, horse rides ... Car not essential.

Séjour enchanteur
Appartement charmant et cosy, très bien situé , au bord de la mer et à 5mn à pied des premiers commerces . Décoration raffinée. Très jolies vues , côté mer et côté campagne. Calme, idéal pour un séjour romantique en amoureux. Bonne literie, nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits.

Belle vue sur la campagne au bord de mer
Trouville est une station balnéaire où l'architecture des villas est magnifique. La plage est agréable avec cette lumière digne d'un tableau de Monet!

Les pieds dans l'eau
Beau petit studio face à la mer! le soleil était au rdv donc parfait pour manger sur la terrasse extérieure. très propre et aménagé avec gout. Accueil chaleureux de Valérie. Peut-être serait il envisageable des rideaux occultant et un grand plateau pour pouvoir emporter facilement le déjeuner sur la terrasse. Magnifique Week End
Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La vue est tres agréable sur de très belles propriétés et sur la plage de coté. L'appartement est très lumineux. Tout se fait à pied !

Une seule envie, y retourner !
Studio plein de charme et lumineux, agrémenté d’une superbe terrasse vue mer et, cerise sur le gâteau, son accès direct à la plage. Ce lieu est vraiment propice aux belles balades ressourçantes, à la lecture, la détente et la contemplation. Petit plus, de la cuisine, vous pouvez profiter de la lumière et des couleurs subtiles sur la mer, différentes, à chaque instant de la journée. Un séjour de détente assurée. Lovely Apartment in a beautiful area!
The studio was nice and the time we spent there was perfect. I loved the sea view and the beautiful terrasse next to the beach. We woke up by the seagulls in the morning which gave us an extra holiday feeling. The welcoming was friendly and warm and the equipment of the apartment is enough for two adults for one week and very tasteful.

Great place in a great location
Lovely and charming apartment in the best location. We enjoyed being right by the beach and even though the apartment doesn’t have a balcony, we loved our table, chairs and parasol on the front terrace where we enjoyed our meals and the stunning view of the beach. Highly recommend it.

Excellent séjour, calme et ressourçant. Studio très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités et accès direct sur la plage. Lieux très charmants . Bibliothèque vraiment très appréciée, variée et abondante : une vraie pépite pour les amoureux de la littérature et des arts .Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Meublé avec goût et soin, l'appartement est très agréable. L'accès à la terrasse (et sa petite table dédiée) face à la plage est un véritable atout. La personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement est acceuillante et réactive. Nous garderons un joli souvenir de notre séjour.

Trouville entre terre et mer , entre aujourd'hui et autrefois.
Nous avons passé trois jours délicieux dans ce lieu plein de charme , de culture et d'air iodé. Tout près du centre animé de Trouville et face à la partie la plus "sauvage" de sa plage , ce studio nous a offert une occasion merveilleuse de nous ressourcer en cette fin 2020 et au tout début de la nouvelle année. La vue sur la mer , depuis la cuisine est aussi belle qu'un tableau et, le soir , la villa Montebello éclairée est féérique . Il est précisé sur la porte des toilettes que les livres sont ceux de la maison , nous avons respecté cette consigne......à grand regret , il y a tant à relire ou à découvrir!! Merci à Valérie pour la gentillesse et la souplesse de son accueil. Merci à la propriétaire d'avoir partagé avec nous ce petit coin de paradis. Sylvie et Alain VALENTIN

Super Lage, funktionelles Appartement mit Charme
Die Lage ist hervorragend, es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Wasserkocher wäre vielleicht noch zu überlegen. Der Meerblick ist eingeschränkt nur von einem Stuhl aus beim Frühstück möglich. Das Strandequipment in einem Abteil im Freien ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man kann sich in dem Appartement wohl fühlen. Die Lage mit direkter Strand- und Zentrumsnähe gleicht alle kleinen Mängel aus.

Bon accueil et séjour agréable
Charmant studio avec accès direct à la mer, meublé avec goût . On s’y sent comme à la maison avec une bibliothèque où l’on retrouve des livres familiers. Deux petites remarques : la salle de bain est bien aménagée mais très petite. Des rideaux ou des stores aux fenêtres permettraient d’occulter la vue quand on se change et de faire l’obscurité quand le jour se lève.

Location bien située
Studio très lumineux, agréable, calme avec un certain cachet, proches de tous commerces et restaurants. Deux petits bémols : stationnement compliqué aux alentours et les mobiliers de jardin ne correspondent pas à la photo de l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons été accueillis par une personne charmante et disponible. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
