It is the perfect spot to bird watch, feed the squirrels or just take a nap. I believe that this circle of trees might of planted decades ago by the native American Indians that habituated this part of the country. It is a very special spot. There is also RV parking with 50amp service. The house is situated two houses from the end of a cal de sac with walking and biking trials down the the Truckee River.
