Charming in Village refurbished Cape Cod style home. New kitchen with granite counter tops, sub-zero fridge, Viking appliances, etc. New tile bathrooms, formal living room, formal dining room. New family entertainment room with stereo, Home Theater , and upright piano. New parlor addition with French doors which act as a Summer breezeway and overlooks backyard heaven. A yard this large and private in Rowayton is unheard of. Our lovely park like grounds have rolling green lawns, flowering gardens, magnificent trees a deck with grand staircase, patio, a bridge which overlooks a tranquil coy pond, hammocks, Adirondack chairs and lounges, BBQ, swing set & more. Come enjoy, relax and vacation in our home away from home. Security cameras are located front and rear doors.
