RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During a time period beginning mid-September 2024 and continuing through late February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11). During this time, some common area amenities, such as the western outdoor pool, will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be 25 to rent this property.
