Enjoy swimming and boating off our two story dock or relaxing in the hot tub.

Eagle Watch on Lake Nottely is a cozy 3 bedroom/3 bath home on the shores of Lake Nottely. There is one bedroom (queen bed) and one bathroom on the main level. The upstairs has a large open loft with a king size bed and a bathroom. Downstairs has a large bedroom with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. The downstairs level also has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a washer/drier available to guests downstairs. Our house has two large decks offering views of the lake and the mountains. We have a large fire pit area with views of the water and the mountains. We have plenty of outdoor seating on the both decks and the fire pit area for relaxing and viewing the lake. A hot tub was added in 2023. There are steps leading down to our dock to allow for fishing, swimming, or a place to park your boat (in the spring and summer months). There are smart tvs located on each level. Wi-fi available. Union Co. GA STR #024072

Relaxing weekend with friends

Beautiful place on Lake Nottley. Owners very nice and very accommodating. We had a great time caught lots of fish.

Great spot to relax!

We had a great time here between Christmas and New Years. We enjoyed the serenity and the cabin was very cute. It was great to cook and play cards and just spend quality time together. The location is centrally located to a number of our favorite things in north Georgia. Thanks for a great stay!

Last minute trip to the Lake with the Family

We had a WONDERFUL time at this cabin on Lake Nottely!! The cabin was very clean and roomy and had a fabulous view of the lake. The boys were able to fish from the boat dock and they especially loved the lower level which was perfect for kids/teens. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. We look forward to visiting here again!!!

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived to the minute we departed. This property is ideally located on the lake near the local marina for boat and jet ski rental. The dock is great for the whole family: swimming, relaxing, and having a drink during sunset. The cabin is spacious and well maintained with all the comforts of home. The back porch overlooks the lake and is great for enjoying a meal or sipping your morning coffee. Thank you for an excellent vacation. We definitely would suggest booking this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the lake.

Wonderfully, relaxing time!

The property was exactly as described! Lots of room for our room, which included 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. The bottom floor room was perfect for the boys, giving them space to relax without us around! The house was extremely well stocked and it seemed like we hadn't left our own house! The lake was perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. We even got to watch a heron eat dinner two nights in a row, right on the dock. The fire pit was nice and helped us enjoy the cooler Northern Georgia nights! Highly recommend this place.

The Dock makes this property

Lake Nottely is beautiful and this property is situated on the very southern tip. The Dock really makes this property perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake. Not being able to jump off of the top was really disappointing to all of the kids, but they made the best of it. The house itself was fine; the beds were very uncomfortable and provided very little support. The house is situated right on the road, so ingress/egress was very tricky, and it would be impossible to accommodate a boat or any trailer. We very much enjoyed our time but will probably look for a different property when visiting again.

Best lake trip ever

1st - let's get slightly negatives out of the way. Bottom level has no bathroom, with kids not a negative. Driveway a tad tricky to figure out the 1st time with busy road in front, but manageable. Main floor of house is senior friendly, but lake, fire pit & other 2 floors have lots of stairs. With that out of the way, none of this took away from our vacation! It was fabulous! The owners were the best, quick to help with questions. House was fully stocked & then some! Fire pit was a big hit! And the lake is so very peaceful! We would highly recommend! A BIG THANKYOU!

Excellent views and great location

Megan and Troy's home was the perfect peaceful getaway! The home is spacious and has everything you might need, and if not Walmart is right down the road. Also, so many outdoor activities to do in just a short distance! Look forward to booking a second stay in the future!! Great home - lots if hang out space in & out

Would definitely stay here again. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Young adult kids loved having their own floor. Parking was initially tricky, but we got it figured out. Overall, beautiful home and excellent stay. Very kind owners.

Nice weekend lakeside getaway

Went to Troy and Megan’s place for the weekend and had a very nice stay. The house is well stocked and very clean. The view is quite nice- while the lake is very low this time of year, there’s still good birdwatching to be had on the deck— they’re right up on you at the feeders which was fun to Google and narrow down the species by physical characteristics! Nerd stuff. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Overall great experience and the owners were prompt and friendly.

Wonderfully Relaxing

This was a very nice, clean little getaway. Plenty of space for our family. Lake was low but that is typical for winter in North Georgia. Surely this would be a spectacular place in the spring or summer with great a great dock and access to the lake. Hope to return in the summer. Thanks!

Extremely clean and quiet house

The house, the views, and the owners were absolutely AWESOME. But I want to elaborate on how clean and well stocked this house was. From top-to-bottom this house was immaculate. I mean every inch of the house was sparkling clean and orderly. For example, because the bedrooms were so clean and colorful, our children used it as their main play area, especially with the foosball table. Here's another example of how clean this place was: my daughter and I deal with asthma alot, so our lungs are extremely sensitive to, too much dust particles in the air or on furniture. We bought our inhalers just in case because most places that we ve stayed triggers an asthma attack. BUT NOT THIS PLACE. We NEVER touched our inhalers for the week that we were there. That was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. These owners are VERY serious about cleanest. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this house to everyone who is looking for a beautiful and clean place to stay, especially during the current pandemic situation.

Almost don't want to share

Our stay in Blairsville was beyond our expectations. This property is comfortable, beautifully maintained, stocked with anything you might need, and clearly well-loved by its owners. The owners were top notch with responses to our questions and suggestions for things we might like or need. We were impressed by the house but, floored by the lake. Lake Nottely is clean, quiet, and family friendly with plenty to do in and around the lake. Both the Nottely Marina and Nottely Boat Club were gracious and helpful. The house is just the right distance from all that Blairsville has to offer. We also enjoyed taking day trips into some of the surrounding towns to explore local treasures like Blue Ridge and Hiawassee. This was a great family experience that we look forward to repeating.

This cabin is the perfect place for your family vacation, it is located close to everything you need. You have everything for your prefect vacation and the lake view is amazing. Our favorite spot is the porch with a fire pit where we warmed up with coffee. The owners are very responsive and they make sure you have everything you need. Driving is friendly and very accesible if you are not familiar with the mountain drive. Thank you for having us and we hope to come back soon.
