Updated home has TWO MASTER BEDROOMS (one king, one queen), each with new linens, tile floors, private bathrooms, lots of light and nice separation of space.

In the front bedroom, French doors open to a private fenced patio with lush landscaping and patio seating around a small fire pit. The back bedroom opens to a second patio with a fully fenced yard and BBQ, and patio set for four. Oversized one-car garage, so parking is never an issue, and outdoor shower off the garage.

In addition to the fully-stocked kitchen, there are flat-panel SmartTVs in each room with secure 400mbps WIRELESS internet for work, gaming or streaming. YouTubeTV for your local channels, too. There is a full-size WASHER/DRYER in the garage.

Beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, ice chests, beach chairs/toys are on the side of the house for your use. Port-a-crib and high chair also available for guests' use.

Less than 1/2 mile walking distance to the long, beautiful stretch of sandy beaches, with Tourmaline and Law St surfing spots just north of Crystal Pier at the foot of the street. There is also a small grassy park (yoga classes are held here!), clean bathrooms, and lifeguards. The Bird Rock area of La Jolla is just to the north, with more beaches, the Cove, tidepools, shops, restaurants, Torrey Pines, the Birch Aquarium, and UCSD. Express bus to UCSD a few blocks away on Mission Blvd.

JUST MINUTES from Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and Mission Bay. Easy freeway access makes sightseeing beyond the beach a breeze.

Hop on one of the beach cruiser bikes (or tricycle for the littlest one) for a ride through the neighborhoods or on the 16-mile boardwalk along the beach.

When the sun goes down, enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit or barbecue on the patio.

PLEASE NOTE that this is NOT a party house -- perfect for families and small groups. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and we'd like to keep it that way. Sadly, to avoid potential allergy problems, four-legged family members are not allowed.
