This wooden house also has 2 bathrooms. The living room, with a living room with two sofas, a dining area and a kitchen, is very bright and overlooks the terrace with barbecue and 1000m2 of land. Access to the beach by small paths and minor roads, almost campaign is done in 5 minutes by bike or 10 to 12 minutes. The house is 200 meters from a hiking trail system. The Torch, place for surfers, is 8 minutes from the house. A 10-minute drive, we arrived at Pont L'Abbé: magnificent fortified town. In 20 minutes we are in Quimper beautiful city with its architectural treasures.

Cleanliness downgrade

It was what we needed, some beautiful beaches and towns. We over indulged in seafood and wine but would do it again. We gave it 4 out of 5 for the cleanliness because we couldn’t find a mop so wife was down on hands and knees which had us in stitches. Definitely worth a visit.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem sehr hübschen Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die große Terrasse (mit Grill), der gemütliche Wohnbereich, die gut ausgestattete Küche und die Garage, in der wir unsere Räder unterbringen konnten. Super war auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab und eine Spülmaschine. Mit den Rädern waren wir in 10 Minuten in Guilvinec und in 10 Minuten an unserem Lieblingsstrand. Es war viel Platz für zwei Personen, aber auch vier Personen bzw. eine ganze Familie würde sich bestimmt wohlfühlen und hätte genügend Raum.

Kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern des Inserats. Die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht, es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Hafen und sehr schöne Strände sind gut mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen ( zu Fuß nicht ganz so gut, ca 30 Minuten). Wir hatten jedenfalls einen schönen Familienurlaub dort und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Gegend.

Leider war und ist der Eindruck des Hause nicht so wie es beschrieben wird. Das Haus ist schon sehr abgewohnt und viele Dinge sind einfach nur zusammengezimmert, Die Sauberkeit in diesem Haus ist eine Katastrophe. Das Haus benötigt eine Renovierung sowie eine Grundreinigung. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und wir hattet trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub und haben als Familie das beste daraus gemacht.

un agréable séjour pour les fêtes de Noël

Séjour agréable dans une maison "cosy" ambiance chaleureuse pour les fêtes de Noël. Hôte très attentionné : chauffage allumé en avance, panier garni qui nous attendait. Très proche du Guilvinec.Quartier très calme, jolie chapelle bretonne à proximité.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem behaglichen Ferienhaus! Für eine fünfköpfige Familie ist es optimal aufgeteilt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Garten und Terrasse sorgen dafür, dass man am liebsten den ganzen Tag dort verweilen möchte. Wir können das Häuschen wirklich wärmstens empfehlen.

Wohlfühloase in der Bretagne

Wir haben als Familie sehr schöne zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.Gerade weil das Wetter zum Teil sehr durchwachsen war, haben wir die vielen lauschigen Plätze im Feriendomizil sehr genossen! Liebevoll eingerichtet! Viel Platz,eine gut eingerichtete Küche,ein großes Grundstück mit Blick ins Grüne und Pferden am Zaun, ruhiger Lage.....und trotzdem kurze Wege zum Einkaufsmarkt,zum Bäcker,an den Strand oder in den Ort und an den Hafen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schon im Vorfeld sehr nett,wir wurden vor Ort persönlich begrüßt und mit Cidre gleich auf den Urlaub eingestimmt. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten,wir haben mit unseren Fahrrädern schöne Touren gemacht. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher! Sehr zu empfehlen!! Vielen Dank Pierre-Yves und Nathalie

Schönes Haus nicht weit zum surfen

Der Aufenthalt war schön. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Der Start allerdings etwas holperig. Das Haus war leider nicht sauber. Das haben wir auch kommuniziert. Letztendlich haben wir selbst noch einmal Hand angelegt. Von den Vermietern kam auch nicht wirklich eine Reaktion, außer, dass es Ihnen leid tut. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Aber einen solchen Start wünscht man sich nicht.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr schön und gemütlich und liegt in einer ansprechenden Siedlung. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für meinen gehbeeinträchtigeten Vater ist es auch sehr gut geeignet. Für alle Fragen steht der Vermieter jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir würden es auch wieder mieten.

Une location pleine de charme

Jolie location bien située pour rayonner dans le pays bigouden. Les propriétaires sont communicants et à l'écoute. Ils ont à coeur de rendre notre séjour agréable. L'environnement est calme et plein de charme: jolies maisons, ambiance fleurie. La plage est à quelques minutes de marche. Le Guilvinec offre tout ce qu'il faut pour se restaurer : très bonne boulangerie "Aux délices du marin" et sympathique marché le dimanche, agréable balade autour du port pour un apéritif au soleil du côté de Tréffiagat. Pour des crêpes généreuses, nous sommes allés en pleine campagne au Men Lann Du : cadre traditionnel et personnel sympathique une fois la "glace brisée" ;-)

Très pratique et cosy

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Dans cette maison, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Simple et cosy, on s'y sent comme à la maison. L'endroit est calme, loin de l'agitation tout en étant proche de toutes commodités. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Bestens ausgestattet

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hübsch gestaltet. Das Sofa ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und ruft nach der Erneuerung. Die Betten sind prima und bequem. Für meinen behinderten Mann war die Wohnung ideal, insbesondere die barrierefreie Dusche. Ein paar Haltegriffe in Toilette und Dusche würden das Ganze noch toppen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir konnten schöne Radtouren machen und bis zum Strand waren es nur 5 Min
