Professional interior design and appointments suitable for relaxing or hosting in style. Two dining areas off gourmet kitchen seat twelve. Expansive, bright living room opening to large deck. Ten zone heating, radiant floor heating and two zone central air with ceiling fans. No carpets on the main floor, upstairs allows for thorough cleaning of floors.

Some partial ocean views. Four full baths, two with towel warmers, and one with double shower and whirlpool tub. Romantic alcove suspended over living room. Private porch off one bedroom. A large deck in the back with a grill. A front porch for morning coffee while you watch cyclists/runners go by on the bike path. Sitting areas in three bedrooms. Beautiful, professionally landscaped gardens designed by one of Maine’s leading landscape architect with a short, direct path to beach.

7 miles of flat, town cleaned beachfront. Two minute walk to beach on deeded right of way.

Lifeguard station guarding your family right by the beach entrance. Peace of mind for parents and children.

Parking for 3 cars. Bike path right in front. No car shuffling for you!

There is a shuttle bus that runs right by the house from Old Orchard beach to Camp Ellis.

Beautiful Spacious Home & Wonderful Location

We were a party of eight. The home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The path for beach access is convenient and wonderfully created with steppingstones through the landscaping. The area is quiet allowing sounds of the birds (including a couple Owls) to provide morning entertainment. This was a great experience and Mila is a top-notch property owner.

A GEM!

This beach house could be included in House Beautiful! Absolutely lovely interior, ocean views and a very short walk to the 7 mile outstanding beach. Our family of 10 were there during a four day heat wave and we were so grateful for the central air-conditioning. Mila couldn't have been more responsive to us to insure that we had a perfect vacation and that we did! We are looking forward to returning next year! Thanks so much, Mila!

A fantastic week at the beach

The beach house was beautiful with lots of space that allowed the 8 of us to comfortably spread out. It has huge windows and skylights providing outstanding natural light and great views. It was clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful holiday.

Pour une famille et de jeunes enfants c'est idéal. Mais un groupe plus mature trouvera le mobilier en fin de course et la maison gagnerait à un peu de remise en état, peinture défraichie intérieure et extérieure.

This property was amazing. The layout of the house was perfect for a large family.

We had a few minor issues and Mila got back to us immediately to to resolve them. We enjoyed our stay. Great location and close to the beach.

Amazing!

This home is incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. So close the beach, so comfortable, so relaxing. If you are looking for a great place for the family to get away, this is it. The beach is wonderful and there is a lifeguard, which was important as we have two little kids. Saco is a great town with lots of options for family activities. And lastly, Mila is a wonderful host. Super responsive and thoughtful. I could not have asked for a better vacation.

Wonderful beach stay!

Mila is a gracious hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house. The teenagers in our group found their own space in the comfy triple and there were many places for all of us to be together or spaced out reading in the upstairs loft and on the beautiful deck. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great family vacation

Mika was very easy to work with. The property was very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We were two families with college-aged children. The location was a 0ne minute walk to the beach and other attractions.

We are just an ordinary family who loves New England and Maine. We love to travel, to cook and to do pretty much anything that is outdoors. We hope you will make wonderful memories here. Initially, this is where we came for summers when the kids were little. As the kids grew up and we find ourselves in different continents, this has become the place we gather with 3 generations of the family. Here we slow down and let life simply come to a stand still. It is our sincere hope that you will enjoy our home and have a happy summer!

What makes this property unique

Great location for the “foodie” inside each of us—near to quintessential spots such as Garside’s ice cream, Ocean Park’s soda fountain, Saco’s Rapid Rays, Scarborough’s Ken’s Place. A short drive or cycle to Saco’s breweries, Biddeford’s Palace Diner, Saco’s Cafe Quiero and many other restaurants as Saco and Biddeford’s vibrant food scene. Near to Old Orchard Beach rides for the kids and golf in Saco or Old Orchard. Bike trail in front of the house. Great place to Kayak. Sandy beach with lifeguard. There is something for everyone.
