Ideally Located Condo in River Run Close to Gondola, Shops, and Dining!

This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a full bed, a bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features two en suite bathrooms plus an extra full bathroom. Private balcony with beautiful views. The kitchen was recently renovated and new flooring was installed. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted over a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a queen-sized Murphy bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a two-person game table off to the side. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and overlooks the shared pool and hot tub with scenic mountain views in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also a private washer and dryer in this bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathrooms has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bed and a bunk bed. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is a private laundry area in this bedroom. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with dual shower heads. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

In the room with the bunk beds, there truly needs to be a new mattress. It is completely sagged in the middle - possibly due to the lack of a support bar. It would be nice to have some throw blankets on the couch, or some board games available. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cookie sheet. The unit is dated and could use some TLC and touch ups!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect rental for our family with multiple teenagers who don’t want to share beds anymore. The three full bathrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen is well appointed and the condo was spacious. The oversized couch was perfect for our family. We utilized the pool and hot tub daily, it is a short walk to the gondola. It is a very nice condo that has seen some wear and could use a few touch ups but I wouldn’t let that deter me from renting it again. The rental company was easy to work with. The underground parking is very nice but it is tight with an SUV.

Misleading Unit and Representation for amenties
The condo is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the River Run Gondola, which made accessing the slopes and activities incredibly convenient. The in-room laundry was a lifesaver for our family. The shared amenities, like the hot tub and steam room, were great for unwinding after a long day. Unfortunately, the downsides outweighed these conveniences. The beds were the biggest issue. One bed was so broken that the mattress folded into the center, forcing two people to sleep pressed together uncomfortably. This is unacceptable for a property at this price point. Additionally, the pillows were so fluffy that they flattened completely when used, offering no support. For a family and two grandparents, getting a good night’s sleep was essential, and this setup fell far short. Another major disappointment was the lack of a grill. The listing showed a grill, which influenced our meal planning, but we arrived to find the condo had no private grill, and the community grill was non-functional. This was not disclosed, leaving us with a surplus of food we couldn’t prepare as intended. While the unit itself was mostly clean and offered some conveniences, these significant issues made it one of the least enjoyable stays we’ve had at this location. We come here annually and have stayed in other units that were far better equipped and maintained. Overall, this unit has potential but failed to meet expectations. We hope the owners address these issues.

Beautiful condo with so many amenities. Lovely and comfortable for our large party with children of a variety of ages. Happy to have the extra bathrooms. The property manager responded quickly and everything was well explained . Only issue was having to check out at 10. Too early!

The rental had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.. We also loved completing one of the puzzles available in the rental. My only criticism is the full bed in the bunk bed room visibly dips in the middle. If more than one person sleeps in that bed you will both fall into the middle. Also the pool table only has one pool stick that works and the hot tub was out of order the whole time.

Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was generally in great condition and we enjoyed using the kitchen and main living room - throw that sucker in the trash. The vinyl flooring in the unit is very nice and should not be covered by that dirty rug. We rolled up the disgusting area rug and placed it off to the side during our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable. The owner of 8624 needs to run down to Mattress Firm in Dillon and get a new King and Full mattress to replace the ones currently in the unit. This is a great location and has excellent amenities. We used the grill on the patio, the pool and hot tub.

Comfortable stay for a family!

There was plenty of space for all 5 of us, 4 adults and a toddler. The location is so convenient for families. There tons to do within walking distance, and ice skating and a playground right outside the door. Our room wasn’t “dirty”, but wasn’t that clean. We found a half eaten poptart and wrapper in the couch when we got there. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would definitely book again.

Night Skiing Next Door
This place has a Hot Pool, Hot Jacuzzi, Hot Showers with an Ice Skating facility next door and It is 5 minutes Walking distance to River Run Gondola, Rentals, Restaurants, Shops. This unit had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. We kept the fireplace going and heater on 68.. When it got warm, we would crack the patio door. The patio overlooks the pool, jacuzzi and mountains. The Garage parking, fast elevators, with extra shopping carts and luggage carts to transfer groceries and mounds of mountain gear was awesome!

Great place, lots of space for the family. The queen bed needs replaced though, couldn’t sleep 2 because it craters towards the middle badly. Bunks were comfortable.
