Amazing 7-bedroom vacation home sitting on the ocean! This is the UPPER UNIT of a duplex. This three-story rental has one full kitchen and a wet bar with granite counters, travertine floors, decks off of the living room and master bedroom, and a balcony with a private spa! The living room, kitchen, and dining all look out the ocean. The master has an amazing view overlooking the ocean. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! This property has central AC. Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Overall Experience
We had a wonderful holiday at this facility. Daily we watched the sunrise, dolphins, and other creatures in flight over the ocean. We took long walks to and beyond the pier. The house is very comfortable with working cooking equipment to prepare our extended Thanksgiving meal. The grill was perfect for cooking our Korean barbecue. Everything in the house was cleaned properly and ready for use.

The house was great!! the View amazing and the management service was so fast at responding to any fixes we needed. The floor was filthy but we just all made sure to wear our socks :) Overall....great great place!!

This is a great place with wonderful views but the back gate to the beach was missing and the outside door to the street was unlocked and we had someone come into the house and steal 2 bikes.. also, the door code didn’t work when we arrived.

Less than Stellar 50th Birthday Celebration
Renters beware!! Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals should not be trusted. Very little went right with our stay and property managers could care less. From the front door not locking, to the horrible smell, broken screen door, leaky sinks and broken AC this vacation was filled with time on the phone pleading for maintenance and a manager escalation instead of enjoying the 50th birthday celebration we originally planned. I ended up having to drive to their office just to speak with a manager who stated she was not empowered to make any decision on compensation? It took days just to get the screen door fixed and we were sleeping with the door open just to get some air circulating. The AC in the home was never fixed and the Operations Manger still has not followed up as agreed to compensate us. Additionally, this listing is very misleading. Potential renters are led to believe they can look forward the luxurious home they paid thousands for. But, the home not only needs maintenance but the flooring and furniture have not been well kept. The pictures you see are OLD! We purchased cleaning products, candles, air fresheners and fans for every bedroom just to make it bearable. Also, the garage for unit A has a big yellow pole blocking a utility box that makes it very difficult for a large SUV or truck park there. We opted to park on the street and wake up early to move the vehicles each morning rather than parking at the office which is about 10 mins away. Needless to say, this was NOT a luxurious vacation and once these people get your money (before you get to see what you've REALLY signed up for) they could care less. If you decide to ignore this warning prepare to throw away thousands to rough it. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Terrible, dirty property with bad smell, lots of mold - had to leave and stay in the nearby hotel
The property was very dirty; very bad smell (like mold smell) throughout the house; mold on the sheets, around the beds and windows, we couldn't use kitchen appliance -- e.g., the toaster was so dirty that we couldn't use it. We only stayed for one night until we could reserve a night in a nearby hotel; checked out early, and left to the hotel. Definitely not recommend this place. The showers and everything was so unpleasant and moldy that none of us took a shower there.

Nice home but a bit pricey for location inconveniences.
A bit pricey for location inconveniences. The property was very nice for our big group with bathrooms in each bedroom but the beach access was useless and deceiving. The location for the hot tub is useless and ugly. Better if on a porch facing the beach like the others we saw. It needs to be disclosed that actual useful beach is a mile walk and the walk is junky with constant flow of cars and you have to cross rocks to access the water. Pretty bad for kids. Parking is really tight and very little place to put bikes or beach toys. There needs to be an island and pantry for food storage in the main kitchen for better prepping. Had to move the tables to create space. It was a good home and functional but for us and for the price we will have to go south or north for a better useful beachfront.

AMAZING PROPERTY
I stayed here for my birthday weekend with my friends and we had an absolute blast. It’s right on the water. Every bedroom has a bathroom. It’s a huge house with plenty of space. The only things I would change is the bed in the master bedroom and I wish the jacuzzi was on the ocean side of the house.

Reviewer Comments: We booked a beachfront condo with 3 levels Friday 12th, 2021 and arrived around 8:30 - 9. The view was Amazing, the house seemed clean and fully stocked with all the essential needs. We enjoyed ourselves despite this INCIDENT. Once we got settled in, we started talking, laughing having good time on the first level. few hours later, as where in the in living quarters someone sees the door open(at this point everyone who needed to be there was there) a MAN enters that NO ONE recognized says that he was the property manager with NO MASKS on his face possibly exposing all of us to COVID-19.(I have children I have to return to and I pray my test is NEGATIVE) Once he was confronted about his mask, that's when he did gestures with his face & eyes as if he was irritated by the fact he was confronted about his mask. THIS action was in COMPLETE disregard to the CDC guidelines, and whatever safety policies BEACHFRONT ONLY has in place for their employees. NOT ONLY did he not show CONCERN and RESPECT for are safety, he didn't show CONCERN for his own SAFETY. NOT to mention he ENTERED the property that we OCCUPIED, WITHOUT an EMERGENCY(There was nothing in the paperwork that we sign that WARRANTS someone other than the LESSEE to enter at any given time (VIOLATION). It was very TERRIFYING for the women who's PRIVACY WAS VIOLATED. As we started to discover what encouraged his VIOLATION of entering the property, he stated for someone called in a complaint about loud noise(mind you, since we arrived NO ONE stepped foot outside, we were all inside). In the registration form, under Noise Regulations states "no OUTSIDE noise from 10pm-8am." No one could explain his to me, other than saying applies inside as well, which a VERY broad statement. If this is true that may mean WE adults must retire after 10pm. (Back to the incident) the guy now identified as Peter Rodriguez steps outside with police present, at this point he continued with HIS unprofessional conduct being passive

Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented from Beachfront Only numerous time and unfortunately the care of the rentals aren’t acceptable as we had to call as soon as we arrived because the hand soap in all 7 bathrooms and in the kitchens were filled with water. We are in a pandemic and they thought it was okay because they came out to replace them. Then two TVs are out, the patio lights don’t work and the microwave didn’t work and again they felt they handled it because on our second day we were disrupted two more times so they could address them. Their response was that they will give me a discount for a future stay. I felt the least they could do was give me a credit as it affected this trip and the response was we fixed all the issues however disregarded the four disruptions to our vacation. The security gate for the children was broken and their response was they weren’t aware. I loved my previous stays but this was beyond disappointing and the manager at Beachfront was unprofessional and has the attitude that it didn’t matter that they disrupted our stay four times.

This was our second year with Beachfront for a large family gathering, and we love it. Small inconveniences we reported [nothing major] were promptly dealt with. Staff are helpful and courteous. And the facility is fabulous, clean, well equipped and in a great location.
