This was a beautiful location to stay in. It was a delightful stay with anything you might need. The location is in walking distance to attractions. Sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise or birds was a highlight. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

This condo was perfect! The location is great! It is a short 2 block walk to the beach & beach wagon & toys/football/fishing poles were available. Saw the resident manatee a few times in front of condo. View from 3rd level was good - could see the gulf! Only complaint is we wished the grill was bigger as we wanted to grill a few evenings. We had 3 adults, 2 teens & 3 pre-teens - plenty of room!

This very spacious condo is perfect, plenty of room for our party of 6 to sprawl out and relax in comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and missing nothing. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a walk in closet. Awesome view of the intercostal from a large balcony. The beach is a 5 minute walk as are multiple restaurants and bars. We will be back!

This property is amazing. It's a large condo with lots of room so you can be together or by yourself. The balcony goes all around the condo. The beds were fantastic. Lots of closet space. Loved the layout of the place. Very comfortable and classy.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was spread out enough to have privacy yet so close that everyone was included. The little extras that were included were great like a wagon to take to the beach and beach chairs. It was so nice to have those things. There were many other things available that we did not use but were there for guests. WE ALL RATE it 10/10. There were 8 adults who have all stayed many places and truly enjoyed our stay. The memories we made were the best and we cant thank Shawn enough. Highly recommend staying here.

Beach get away
This property is absolutely beautiful. The view you have when you sit on the property is gorgeous. There was nothing that was needed that was not there. Shawn is an awesome host and was always available when we called. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and marina is a very reasonable walk which helps avoid limited parking and the cost associated. We loved staying here and look forward to doing it again.

This was our second time returning. Only negatives were 1. view has changed with new building (lost most of ocean view; 2 we had trouble with door lock to elevator (it was taped to keep door from locking, broke, and people kept undoing tape) BUT the location is great, the condo is furnished with everything you would need and very clean! Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Perfect!!
We had a fabulous week staying at this beautiful condo. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We saw manatee and dolphins from the balcony which was fun. The location was the best part. Everything you could possibly want was within a few minutes walk. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and the beach were all within a couple of minutes walk. We enjoyed walking up to the corner ice cream shop for our nightly snack. There’s a doughnut shop about a block away called Parlor Doughnuts that was amazing. Enjoyed the tiki bar at Shepherds as well as Jimmy’s Fish House, Crabby’s and French’s. The condo was clean and one of the best stocked places we have stayed. There was a beach cart, umbrella and beach towels which came in handy. Shawn was a great host and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful week and would definitely love to stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo, large in size and close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Ideally laid out for our family with x 2 teenagers, (shared room with ensuite), elderly mother (own room with ensuite) and for myself and husband (Own room with ensuite). Suited us all down to the ground. All the things you will need for an enjoyable stay are provided, we even asked if there was a clothes airier - which initially there wasnt but the host very kindly ordered a brand new one and had it delivered to us. We stayed for 3 weeks in clearwater - leaving middle of holiday to spend a few days in Universal and then return back to clearwater. Was lucky to see dolphins and manatees in the bay which was lovely. The condo was lovely and clean, the available air con was definitely needed. Enjoyable holiday had by all - we are all missing walking down to the beach - and missing the beautiful sunsets. Host - communication excellent. Condo easy to find from airport. Perfect size for a family of 5.

Wow! Shawn what an amazing condo in Clearwater. As stated in the description, the photos need to be updated because they don’t do this condo any justice! This condo is very clean, zero carpet, nice sized rooms, plenty of storage space, a beautiful wrap around patio with plenty of seating and all of the beach items you’ll need! There is a view of the ocean right outside the living room patio area to the left. This condo is very clean and well taken care of. Shawn was awesome with communication and very prompt. I plan to book this again next year!

Excellent property and location . Completely satisfied with our stay.
This property was delightful. The location could not have been better. It is just a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. The layout allowed maximum privacy for everyone in our group (5 adults and a 2.5 year old) but also adequate socializing space. I was originally concerned that we wouldn't have a separate space for our son to sleep but with 2 walk in closets in the master, we simply set up the included pack-n-play in one of them! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was adequately stocked with tools to make it very easy. Additionally , be sure to check the included items/amenities so that you don't over pack, because I felt it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely consider returning and booking again!

Beautiful place in a great location ... once we finally got in!
A lovely condo with plenty of room. The location makes exploring the area easy...especially with the trolley. The kitchen is very well equipped. The carpet in the queen bedroom is in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The pool gets no sun this time of year but there's not much you can do about that. Our biggest issue was upon arrival. The instructions provided said to enter from Bayside Street. That call box is a rusted wreck and we couldn't get in. We called the owner and the housekeeper but no one answered or called us back. We managed to get in but it wasn't through the door. As the week went on we met others who had the same issue.
