White Potato Lake custom built new construction in 2016 with over 2000 square ft. Vacation home is designed to give you the utmost comfort and enjoyment for your vacation. Located 50 minutes north of Green Bay, and 20 minutes from Crivitz. Experience your own paradise nestled on 160’ of shoreline frontage with a private dock to park your boat, swim or fish from.
One of the biggest lots on White Potato Lake. Property is 1.29 acres with direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails.

Summer Reservation Requests (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - 3 night minimum.
Directly across the Lake is Wauters Front II Bar and Grill. Family friendly establishment that is great to stop in, grab supper, or hang out with a large group.
Open floor plan living room with cathedral ceilings that have trapezoid windows with stunning view of lake. 60” flat screen high definition television in the living room, Direct TV with Amazon Alexa and Nest Thermostat. Starlink High speed internet with up to 300Mbps.
Kitchen complete with all Stainless Steel appliances, coffee pot, dinnerware, silverware, cooking tools, and housewares. Custom Cabinets with Corian hard surface countertops with center island. Kitchen/Dining room can accommodate large groups comfortably. LVP flooring throughout entire home with in floor heat. Radiant in floor heat has three different zones. You can adjust flooring temperature in each zone to your desired comfort level. Zone 1 is Master Bedroom and Master Bath. Zone 2 is Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Room. Zone 3 is Bedroom 2/3, and second full bath.
Master bedroom and bathroom: King Size memory foam bed, Futon, High definition TV, nightstand, and ceiling fan. Patio door leading to large concrete patio facing the lake. Nice size full bath and heated LVT floor.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: King & Queen size beds in each bedroom, 55" Roku TV, ceiling fan, closet, and nightstand. Full bath in between two bedrooms with heated LVT flooring. Each bedroom sleeps up to 4.
Living Room: Sofa pull out sleeper sectional. Sleeps up to 2. Additional Coleman blow up mattress in spare bedroom closet.
Laundry room: New steam washer and dryer. Central Vac easy clean up system throughout entire home.
Patio: Open patio facing the lake to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and spectacular lake views. Patio set with Weber Gas Grill.
WiFi: Starlink recently installed, up to 300 mbps.

Things to do in the area.
White Potato Lake is a 1000+ Acre (Very Large) full recreation lake. Perfect for waterskiing, tubing, fishing, or taking a cruise across the lake to enjoy some spirits. Local boat dealer that has boats or pontoons for rental that will deliver and pick up from lake. Private dock at house to park your watercraft at. ATV/Snowmobile trails have direct access from Lakehouse. Marinette County has 14 major waterfalls just north of the Lakehouse. Laona, WI to the West has a historic steam train that you can ride on. Horseback riding, hunting and golfing are all within a 30 miles radius. There is a winery in Crivitz, WI and a casino in Carter, WI.
Pontoon boat rental - During the summer months we do offer a 20' pontoon for rent that is tied up at the dock, up to 12 passengers. $250 per day and must sign a liability waiver prior to arrival.
Sorry no smoking or pet's allowed. Minimum age of guest making reservation is 27 years old.

My wife and I currently reside in Green Bay about a hour from this Lake House. We absolutely love the lake and use it often as a way to unplug from the day to day grind associated with the city life. We do have a local neighbor that takes care of all the maintenance and lawn care needs for this property.
Why they chose this property
Brand new construction on a full recreation lake within a hour of Green Bay! My wife and I searched for properties for years before purchasing this house. The yard is over a acre which gives you plenty of space to entertain a large group. To our surprise even in the summer months the lake is so large you don't have overcrowding with boats. It's over 1000 acres. Very convenient set up with in floor heat throughout the entire house and no carpet!
