Ideally located in Carry-le-Rouet, in a private and secure impasse, the heart of a sunny and quiet residential area, the house is open for holidays, family gatherings or even within a few days of work ( only in low season) to several weeks.

No need to take the car to swim: you will enjoy to come and go quickly to the beach at home at your leisure.

For those who have a preference for pebbles, cracks are respectively 10 and 15 minutes walk.

The villa is 160 m from the sandy beach of the Rouet (2 min walk) which offers 3 restaurants, the sailing clubs and diving, rentals of chairs and kayaks. The beautiful creeks of the Blue Coast (the Redonne, Figuière, Mejean, Niolon, etc ...) are accessible by kayak from the beach.

For children an amusement park is available 5 minutes by car.

Its location, less than 30 km from Marseille and 27 km from Aix en Provence TGV, allows access to cultural events in the region.

Carry-le-Rouet has all shops and qu'Ensuès 5 minutes (market 2 times per week).

During your stay you will be lulled and intoxicated by the sound of cicadas and the smell of pine trees.

Amazing location, spacious and spotlessly clean

A large and spotless house set in lots of space a very short distance from the beach and restaurants and bars. It was a pleasure to get to meet the host too who was lovely and very helpful.

Family vacation in South of France

This villa was a perfect choice for the large family vacation that included both very young and very old. Children were 5 min by foot away a safe beach while the grandmother was able to hide in a comfortable conditioned house. Villa is absolutely wonderful - spacious and very clean, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is greatly equipped. The conditioning makes this a very comfortable stay in summer heat. Also, Jean- Marie is a certainly a caring and responsive host. Note that will need a car or bikes to go downtown Carry or visit the area. And might want to explore bus on demand option. Else, this is a perfect vacation spot in a lovely village on a lovely coast. Grand MERCI to Poli family!

Ein toller Familienurlaub: drei Schlafzimmer für die Erwachsenen und rin Schlafsaal mit 5 Betten im Untergeschoss. An dem großen Esstisch konnten wir wunderbar essen. Es gibt viel Geschirr, Töpfe undPfannen.

Maison idéale pour séjour entre amis

Maison idéalement située pour visiter les calanques de la côte bleue et ses petits villages. Nous avons profité de la proximité géographique pour visiter Marseille et cerise sur le gâteau, le soir en rentrant baignade sur une plage de sable à 150 m de la maison.

Ideal für Familienferien

Die Villa ist in einer abgesperrten Strasse, an ruhiger Lage. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Küche ist mit genügend Geschirr und Pfannen ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Strand sind es 250 Meter. Der Strand ist sehr sauber, mit weissem Sand und klarem Wasser. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Ein perfekter Gastgeber.

Long week-end en famille

Nous sommes venus en famille séjourner 4 jours et 3 nuits dans la villa de flots bleus à Carry le Rouet. Le séjour s'est déroulé sans accroc, de l'arrivée dans les lieux au départ. Nous avons bien profité de la plage qui est à moins de 100m à pied de la villa! Idéal pour un long week-end de repos en famille

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison du 14 au 21 août 2021 et tout était parfait. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La proximité de la plage est un plus surtout avec des enfants. Plage de sable et surveillée. Merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil.

Vacances en famille à la mer

Nous cherchions un logement proche de la plage pour des vacances en famille: 4 adultes et 5 ados. La villa correspond exactement à ce qu'on cherchait: elle est spacieuse, , confortable, tres bien agencée et équipée, parfaitement propre, et la plage se trouve juste à côté, ainsi que des restaurants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui se sont montrés très arrangeants aussi bien au départ qu'à l'arrivée. C'est vraiment le lieu idéal pour séjourner dans cette belle région.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit großer Familie

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in Carry le Rouet verbracht. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, um für viele Personen zu kochen. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und den Großeltern da, das Haus eignete sich perfekt. Bei schönem Wetter und viel Sonne konnten wir am Cap Rousset schnorcheln, Aix en Provence, Martigues und Marseille besuchen und fast jeden Tag am Plage Rouet schwimmen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und professionell.

Belle maison pour de bonnes vacances familiale

M Poli a été très courtois et arrangeant. La maison est agréable avec une belle terrasse et un jardin ombragé charmant. Je recommande fortement pour passer des vacances en famille. La plage est à deux minutes à pied. C'est un plus indéniable ! Merci pour ces belles vacances !

perfect holiday home

this villa is everything it says it is . short walk to seaside with cafe and restaurants and friendly staff . when we couldn't find a taxi to get to the local shop the staff in the cafe ordered one for us . the villa was spotless and beds really comfortable . we were left a little welcome treat too . i stayed with my three grownup children and two young grandchildren and we all had a lovely time and didn't want to come home . there was something for all of us to do . the manager and his brother were very friendly and help full even though they are just getting to grips with english . we would love to stay again one day .

Beautiful holiday in a great villa!

The villa is really beautifull, you can find in it all you need for a perfect holiday. We were 10 (6 adults and 4 child) and we stay there very confortably inside and also outside in the garden. The area is really quite and you don't have any noise in the night. The beach is near, 150 mt, and there are also some bar and restaurant. The owner is very kind and helpful. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a nice holiday.

Superbe maison à proximité de la plage !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Ils restent à l'écoute des avis des locataires pour améliorer les conditions de séjour ! La villa était dans une propreté remarquable (ce qui fait plaisir !!). Avec ses 2 niveaux, nous n'avons pas manqué d'espace. La plage de sable n'est qu'à 2 mn à pied et la rue est privatisée (tranquillité et sécurité étaient donc de mise). Si nous retournons dans cette région, nous n'hésiterons à relouer cette villa ! Encore merci à la famille Poli !
