This beautiful condo is over looking the Gulf of Mexico. Emerald Isle is located at the heart of Pensacola Beach. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, and other beach activities. This unit is located on the fourteenth floor with incredible views of the ocean. There are two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub and a fitness center. This unit is also handicapped accessible.

True Rest and Relaxation

This was our first time to the area and we did not expect to fall in love like we did. From the daily exquisite views to the impeccable design and comfort of this condo, we had one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time. We truly appreciate all the thoughtfulness that went into the design and build out of this condo. Everything is so thoughtfully done, we hardly wanted for anything. Great cookware, plateware and glassware, comfortable chairs to dine on the terrace and take in the views. If we felt like staying in we still felt like we were at the beach… But if we felt like going out it’s such a short, convenient walk to the powdery, soft white sand of the panhandle in the midst of clear, swirling Caribbean-like blue and green water. Plus, we appreciated having a secure property along with the wonderful amenities. It felt like we were “home“. Tammy and Sharon were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout. Thank you for such a peaceful, magical place to lay our heads and escape from the craziness of every day life. We are already planning our next stay…

Amazing stay

The house was so clean, beds so comfortable, there were sand toys to use & we even added a few to the stash. The only thing I wish I would’ve know was that they don’t leave you any laundry detergent or dishwasher pods & they ask you to please start a load- unless I was unaware where these items were kept I didn’t see them we just ran to Walmart to grab some. Also it says towels provided, I assumed beach towels too as a newbie to vrbos like this & there were no beach towels only bath towels. Other than those super minor things we had a great time & cant wait to go back!!!

Perfect getaway

Owner was amazing with the little things that happened. The place is great and super comfy. One slight suggestion is- the building should really invest in wristbands to enter all the doors. People got bottlenecked trying to get in with all the buttons and codes.

Great Winter Stay at the Beach

This unit was clean and the owner / manager kept us well informed of all instructions for check-in. We enjoyed the balcony the most. We had meals and drinks out there every day of our stay.

Blues Homecoming

What a GREAT place! We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The beach was beautiful, the property location was perfect and getting to see the Blues and Thunderbirds was AWESOME! The condo was exactly as shown in photos. Very clean and very comfortable. We usually have issues with backaches sleeping on beds not our own, but didn't have any issues at all! We had a wonderful stay! THANK YOU!

Beautiful location

We sbsolutely lovrd stating here. Very clean and pretty much had everything we needed as far as dishes and stuff. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. We will be staying here again!

Quick Trip

We decided to take a last minute trip to the beach and bring my elderly parents. The condo was perfect for 4 adults. I recommend caution when getting out of the master shower, the bathroom rug slides. Also, bring toilet paper. Only one roll per bathroom was provided. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and den furniture were very comfortable. The codes needed for every gate and door was a little cumbersome but I appreciated the extra security. Overall it was a great stay!

This was a lovely place to stay. Had a bit of snafu with the codes and vehicle registration. Likely user error. But once we figured it out all was well. Sharon was amazingly helpful.

A week of relaxation

My wife and I had a wonderful and much-needed week of relaxation at this property following my recent retirement from 40 years of military service and the DOD. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were two areas that could benefit from improvement. Firstly, the entry door keypad system, as mentioned by other guests, is unpredictable and requires multiple attempts to unlock. Secondly, the seating furniture in the living room has seen considerable wear and tear from obese America and should be replaced for the comfort of future guests. Despite these minor suggestions, the property provided everything we needed and I would happily recommend it to others.

Great unit and location.

We loved this unit. It was very clean and had a great location on the beach. All the facilities pool area were clean and well maintained. The only trouble we experienced was not receiving the six digit code to security gate and doors. Luckily, one of the staff provided us one to use while during our stay. Occasionally, the security gate code entry would not work without several attempts. Other than that, great time

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this location. We loved the view of the water! The only downside is that white furniture is hard to keep clean. We arrived and there were stains but white is hard to keep clean. The property manager Sharon was very helpful and quick to respond with anything you needed.

Paradise

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location is fabulous and close to everything. We had a wonderful stay here with beautiful weather. The host was quick at getting back to me on initial questions. Would love to stay again, we loved the unit. Pensacola was beautiful and we had a blast celebrating my 40th birthday.

We loved our stay here! Location is great and the condo had everything we needed. Easy beach access with a place to hose off before we went back in. Tammy and Sharon answered all of our questions quickly as we were planning our trip. We didn't need to contact them during our trip because everything went smoothly! We hope to come back in the future!

Perfect for out stay

Our stay at Emerald Isle was great! The condo had most of what we needed. They even came out on the 4th of July to change the low batteries in the door keypad so we never got locked out. They view was beautiful and we never had to leave the building to watch the awesome fireworks.

Great location

This condo is great location! It has been recently updated and is nice. The only downside for us was the glass coffee table, glass kitchen table and white furniture and having 3 kids 5 and under. Overall the place was easy to get to and we enjoyed our stay.

This property is a lovely location. The condo has been updated and has a very welcoming feel. We will stay again as some point. Only issue is the lock on the front door. It can be very tricky/touchy.

Paradise

The condo is beautiful! Loved the “beach” decor. The view was spectacular! Loved spending time on the balcony just watching and listening to the waves roll in. The turquoise water and white sand beach was glorious! It was fun to walk the beach early and watch the sun rise, collecting seashells along the way. We also enjoyed the restaurants along the beach within walking distance. We loved our stay and would like to return to Pensacola Beach again some day.

Great Condo. One of the best!!

I have to say this condo for my husband and I did not disappoint. The unit was well decorated. The beds are the trickiest part when you rent a place, because you can’t tell by a picture how comfy they are. Our bed was 100 percent comfy. No complaints. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our manager communicated with us and answered the phone when we thought the door lock had malfunctioned. She told us what to do and we got rt in. Instructions were very clear on what to do upon check in and check out. We look forward to spending another trip at this Unit

Family time at the beach

This property is beautiful and well maintained. Beds were so comfortable and the view was amazing. We had a wonderful time. We did have some issues with check in but it did get resolved. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back again.
