Remodeled in 2018. Pelican 12 is modern with a touch of chic beach decor. The master bedroom will spoil with an ocean-front view of Monterey Bay and direct access to the ocean-facing balcony. The bed configuration is great for adult couples, families, or singles. A view of the ocean can be seen from both the master bedroom and the living room. Access to the beach is just a two-minute walk with a staircase down to the sand. Call us or book online. We are here seven days a week to answer any questions. Please note: There is no barbecue in this unit. They are not allowed in the Pelican point buildings.

The condo stay was excellent. You can’t beat the view and easy access to the beach. Accommodations were adequate for the pricing and small family with a child. Would stay here again.
I would highly recommend this spot!!! My family and I had were impressed with the views, short walk to the beach and the cleanliness. I’m looking forward to another trip back here
Great location. Overall the unit itself was spacious and nicely appointed. However the wear and tear of the salt and sea were quite obvious, and could have easily been managed better.
For instance. The ocean view was incredible from the Master bedroom. But the salt and water residue on the glass was difficult not to notice. The salt deterioration of the slider door and screen made it almost impossible to open and close. In fact, the screen door from the living room to the deck, while opening became completely dis-lodged. I had to repair and reinstall it.
Whoever reads this is certain to call me out as a nit picky SOB. So be it. However, these are super easy things to fix. AND you asked for my opinion.
Lovely surroundings, wonderful to have the windows open and hear the ocean, easy hike from one end to the other of the entire complex where our other family stayed.
We loved our stay at Pajaro Dunes. The property was more spread out than I expected, and the condo more private. I was worried about all the other balconies in the pictures, but we never saw another person on the balconies, only an occasional barking dog that was quickly quieted. Our last day there we saw multiple whales from our balcony, some very far away, but one came surprisingly close to shore. It was incredible, along with the variety of birds passing through.
The condo itself was very clean; I had seen in other reviews that there was an ant problem, but I didn’t see a single ant in the week we were there. It was very clean, and basics were supplied (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc.).
We were also concerned about no air conditioning, but the temps got down in the 50s at night, so it was not a problem. We just made sure to open windows and doors in time for it to cool down before bed. Heaters were provided but not needed.
We loved our stay!
Accommodations were very nice. Lack of storage space in two of the three bedrooms was definitely a miss. Microwave was a low quality tool and it took twice as long to just warm something up. Wish we knew they would provide a pack n’ play, it would have saved us from bringing one with us. Really glad we brought all our necessary food with us, didn’t realize how far away from a grocery store we were. Overall we had a lovely visit due to proximity to the beach.
Great location near the ocean, but the unit needs updating. The room with a single queen bed was uncomfortable & unusable. However, they provided multiple coffee makers and plenty of dishes. If the bed was replace I would consider renting again.
The location and size of the condo are great. Unfortunately we had quite a problem with ants during our stay. And while the condo was decorated very cute for the beach, all the furniture was covered in white, and bleaching doesn't get rid of every stain. The description stated that there was a BBQ for grilling, but when we got there, there wasn't one, and a sign on the balcony saying that it was prohibited. We had a hard time cooking the steaks we brought. And there is a definite lack of serving dishes for meals. We had a good time, but probably wont come back to this unit.
Wonderful view. Quiet. Loved that there were king and queen beds thats why I chose this condo. The interior designs felt like you were still down at the beach. We would rent again.

All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would stay again
The condo was absolutely perfect. Great views, clean, well stocked close walk to beach. Only small issue was the cloths dryer squeaks very loudly. We will definitely rent again. Thank you
We loved our stay in Pelican 12. It is as promised a wonderful place to see lots and lots of Pelicans. The place could use a face lift though, there is a hole in one of the bedroom walls and paint peeling in the bathroom. The sofa's need new covers or to have the ones that are their bleached white again. We loved the master bedroom and although it is two twins pushed together it seemed to work for my parents. Would have loved to have a gas BBQ and access to beach chairs. We paln to book it again as it is the right size for our group.
Enjoyed another nice stay at Pelican 12. The unit is comfortable and well equipped with a wonderful view of the Monterey Bay. Thanks for sharing your place!

The view & beach are amazing. The communication with the host were prompt, friendly & accomidating. The beach condo was a dream. Light & beachey decore & lots of windows. It was quiet & we had the perfect little stay.
