This is a beautiful 3 bedroom - 3 1/2 bath home. It features a large, downstairs master suite with king bed, walk in shower and two sink basins. Master bath was remodeled in 2022. Upstairs there are two spacious bedroom suites. One room has two - queen beds and private bathroom with tub and shower, the second bedroom has two - full size beds and private bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. The dining room table has seating for 6 people and there is bar seating for another 3 people. This house is available to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Off street parking for four cars. Excellent central location on the Island. Three block walk to the beach access on 11th street. . Outdoor shower in garage to wash off when coming back from beach. Propane grill provided. High speed internet and Amazon FireTV provided. Two blocks to Island IGA grocery store.

Amazing 4th!

This was our second stay at the property. We had another incredible time. Everything was clean, there were plentiful towels and bedding, the check-out procedures are not overly-cumbersome, and it's in a great location for walking to the beach without being in a noisy area. We look forward to staying again!

Tybee Tribe

This is our 2nd year securing this amazing house for an annual beach trip. The house is decorated very tasteful and cute, it is always clean, and very well stocked with linens. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are super comfy, and our favorite amenity is all the towel hooks strategically placed throughout the house! This house is definitely top notch!

Great location on Tybee for beach access

This house is super nice, clean and comfortable with large rooms. Cute wrap around porch with chairs! Walk to beach in 3 short blocks. Walk to grocery store or to rent bikes. Don’t forget to bring beach towels and chairs, as it’s not provided. But they did have a wagon to bring stuff to the beach. 6 adults enjoyed the house with lots of room !

Lovely home! Very clean. Lots of room. Loved the 2 queen beds in the upset bedrooms! Having 4 bathrooms was also great! Would definitely stay here again. Tybee island was awesome!

Home Away From Home!

We absolutely loved our stay! Close to everything, beautiful clean home, and the host is so curtousy to provide just about everything you would need for your stay (i.e. plenty of hand soap, shampoo & body washes, towels, coffee pods, soap, dish tabs, etc.) the area is quite, and spacious. We will be back!

Relaxing and Fun

This property is wonderfully located - just a quick walk to the beautiful beach. The bedrooms are very roomy and the bedding is very comfortable. We chose to eat-in for most of our meals and the kitchen worked out great. In spite of a couple days of rain, this was a perfect choice for our family to spend time with one another!

Girls get away

This house was awesome for our girls weekend. Each bedroom has its own ful bath and very comfortable for 6 adults. The house has everything you need and the owner responded immediately to questions. All beds were very comfortable and the house was immaculate. The pourch was perfect for happy hour drinks and a Checurary board or coffee in the morning. Easy drive into Savannah for shopping and site seeing. The beach at Tybee was beautiful. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Thank you Cindy

Beautiful Home

I have stayed at several VRBOs but this location was one of the best. Before arrival I had contacted the owner twice and received an immediate response both times. House was spotless and on a quiet side road. Highly recommend this place

What an amazing house! We had plenty of room and parking, the house was super clean, and it had the best and most hooks of any rental that I have ever rented! Hooks for towels, hats, etc..... that was super useful. Just a beautiful place!

Tybee July Vacation

Wonderful vacation on Tybee Island! House was clean, conveniently located and had a well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a nature boat tour and saw lots of dolphins. Walked to beach every day and grocery store several times. Everyone had a fun time!

Great Stay on Tybee Island

The house was clean and very comfortable. My family (3 kids all18+ and my wife and I) had plenty of space and it was nice to be together in the kitchen, dining area, and family room between beach trips and/or adventures. There were plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels for us to use on our stay and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. There were three covered parking spots which was nice for the cars and all of the beach stuff. It was about a 3.5 block walk to the beach entry, but very manageable. It was also very close to the local grocery store, which came in handy a couple of times for odds and ends. We largely kept the car parked the entire stay and rode our bikes everywhere on the island to avoid having to find a parking spot, which worked out really well. We enjoyed the ice cream at Sugar Shack and the pizza at Huc-a-Poos was worth waiting for. It was a great family vacation.

Graduation Stay

Great experience staying at this lovely Tybee Island beach house! Perfect space for our family of 6. The location was great, the house looked even better in person and Jack was easy to communicate with. We'll stay here again for sure!
