Family home in the charming Provencal village of Faucon located 6km from Vaison-la-Romaine. Terrace with exceptional views of Mont Ventoux, vineyards and Baronnies. Equipped with livebox internet + tv 170 channels!
100 m2 entirely renovated with closed courtyard, garage but which knew to preserve its authenticity and its soul. Quiet dead end street.
Ground floor: Entrance with sofa, non-functional fireplace, kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board), dining room (TV by internet), bathroom, washing machine, separate WC, veranda and terrace, +1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 + 1 cot.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 room with 1 bed 120 + 1 bed 90.
Home very pleasant throughout the year with its terrace sheltered from the mistral.
Outside is a courtyard with garage (you can easily park several cars). In the shade of linden trees and a picnic table, bench and chairs are available.
The village includes a craft bakery with snacks, 2 restaurants, 2 organic cellars, 1 kindergarten, 1 multi-sport field, and even a covered bowling alley where we play Boule Lyonnaise! Several supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive.
Various activities: Numerous hiking and cycling (road and mountain bike) on superb tourist routes: gorges Toulourenc (! That can also rise or fall in the water, guaranteed freshness in summer), Nesque gorges and of course the legendary Mont Ventoux 16 km. River and swimming 3 km, water park 15 km, swimming pool 6 km, many classified villages around the singing accents and ... gourmets: Buis-les-Baronnies and its market linden, Nyons with its olive oil world famous AOC, Séguret and figurines. The wine trail with Vacqueiras, Gigondas, Chateauneuf du Pape, Beaumes de Venise. Grignan with the castle of Dr. Sevigne, Avignon, Orange, Sault and its lavender, lace of Montmirail, the Fountain of Vaucluse, the Pont du Gard ... are all sights to see. Festivals, various cultural sites and tourism. The typical Provencal markets of Vaison on Tuesday, Buis on Wednesday and Saturday, Nyons on Thursday.

PERFECT HOUSE IN PERFECT LOCATION

This house was the perfect size for our family and it had perfect views from our terrace. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. I recommend it to anyone who needs a vacation house in the Faucon area.

Ventoux view and Provencal peace!

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful place. Mr and Mrs Guichard were so welcoming, friendly and helpful and the house was utterly charming and well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the private terrace especially was stunning, and the tree shaded garden area with its garage for our car was greatly appreciated in the heatwave. We found some lovely evening walks among the surrounding vineyards and the nearby boulangerie was just great. An idyllic peaceful setting and we would love to return, next time for longer.

magnifique maison bien équipée, literie confortable, une vue imprenable sur le mont Ventoux, un village sympathique et typique. Un comité des fêtes qui anime régulièrement. Des ballades à proximité. 15 jours superbes merci à nos hôtes pour leur conseils et accueil.

Logement bien équipé, les literies sont confortables. Le point fort de la location est la terrasse avec sa vue..... Le village de Faucon est typique de la région avec ses rues étroites .... et une bonne boulangerie à 50m

Une parenthèse enchantée

De l'arrivée au départ, du positif et du bonheur en cascade. Un logis accueillant, bien équipé avec un panorama incroyable et des propriétaires gentils, compréhensifs ( heure de départ). Une nature généreuse, sites, baignades...Bref, un seul regret : une semaine c'est insuffisant ! On reviendra !

Cadre idyllique

Agréable maison familiale, propre et bien équipée, qui bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur le Ventoux et les Baronnies. Située au calme dans un joli village typique, elle permet d’explorer la région dans des conditions idéales. Hervorragende Ausstattung

Das Haus hat provencalischeCharme. Von der Terrasse tollen Blick über Weinfelder zum Mont Ventoux. Überall Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

FAUCON MAI 2023

Superbe gite très bien équipé dans un petit village pittoresque et surtout très calme. Endroit idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes. De la terrasse on a une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée avec le Mont Ventoux en point d'orgue. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et en plus très sympathiques. Une excellente adresse à retenir, nous y reviendrons certainement.

Séjour semaine ascension 2013

Maison super agréable , bien située et très calme. Vue imprenable depuis la terrasse sur le mont Ventoux et ses environs. Confort absolu il ne manque rien nous sommes très satisfait. Monsieur et madame Guichard sont de gens très sympas et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos échanges durant cette période. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans le village de Faucon. Amateurs de vélo vous ne serez pas déçu par les paysages mais aussi par les difficultés sur les pentes du Géant de Provence. Slts Monsieur et madame Hennebert

Magnifique

Calme, confort, sérénité

Un séjour très agréable dans ce village pittoresque, un retour aux valeurs l'essentielles. La maison est très bien équipée et la vue magnifique. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, déjeuner dans le séjour climatisé, dîner sur la terrasse avec un lever de lune derrière le Mont Ventoux, sans compter l'accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Perfekt zum Entspannen in toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub in der Provence gefreut und waren rundum zufrieden. Dazu hat das Ferienhaus sehr beigetragen. Insbesondere die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, das große Gelände mit Garage und natürlich die Terrasse mit dem einmaligen Ausblick. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und die Schwiegertochter uns ebenso freundlich verabschiedet. Merci beaucoup et a la prochaine!
