IMPORTANT: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, and there is no daily room service. You have access to the common areas, pool, hot tub, restaurant/bar, shops, beauty salon, spa, and gym (membership fee required). This is a privately owned studio available at a lower rate. It is cleaned before your arrival and after check-out. If you need new supplies, linens, or additional cleaning during your stay, we offer this service for a fee. Please let us know if you're interested.
Ka'anapali Shores is an oceanfront resort. Unit 734 is a large studio with central AC, facing northwest with stunning ocean views.

This 7th-floor studio is a spacious retreat featuring a comfortable 507 sq. ft. interior and a 93 sq. ft. lanai, totaling 600 sq. ft. It is affordably priced, tastefully decorated, and boasts breathtaking views of the ocean, the island of Molokai, and the majestic West Maui Mountains. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the expansive lanai, where you can watch whales frolic offshore from November to April. It is filled with natural light and refreshing tropical breezes, thanks to its north-facing lanai that avoids the direct heat of the sun. For those warmer days, CENTRAL AC is available to ensure your comfort.
This beautifully decorated, updated home features new island furnishings, tile flooring throughout, ceiling fans, pendant lighting, and original artwork created by the owner. The remodeled full-size kitchen offers ample counter space and is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker and filtered water. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare meals at home.
The home comfortably sleeps two people on a Queen-size bed and includes an office chair and a portable desk with adjustable height, perfect for sitting or standing while working. Resort Internet is free 5G Wi-Fi (500Mbps). The internet provider and cable TV is Oceanic Spectrum.
Enjoy direct beach access from the condo to observe turtles on the reef and catch stunning sunsets. The resort offers two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a spa, a salon, and a Beach Club restaurant with live music and oceanfront hula dancing. A sundry store is open daily from 7 am to 11 pm for essentials.
The front desk is available 24/7, with both underground and outdoor parking available. A $10.95 daily parking fee applies for rental cars, and vehicles must be registered online.
Nearby, you'll find a grocery store, boutique shops, restaurants, a nail salon, a medical center, and a UPS store. Visit Java Jazz for live entertainment or Slappy Cakes for breakfast. A local farmer's market offers fresh produce, and the area is close to award-winning restaurants and Whaler's Village shopping center. Enjoy snorkeling at Black Rock and nearby beaches, and world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. Kapalua Airport is only a mile away for interisland flights.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If the Guest does not check out at the designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
CANCELATION POLICY: Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/email. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days before your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we can re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee and any costs associated with rebooking the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead time we have.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
