Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We are located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

Great place in a great location

I really loved being walking distance to most everything in Carlsbad. I was able to park my car either in the parking area designated for my unit or on the street right in front. This place was very clean and had all that I needed to enjoy my Thanksgiving week with family that live in Carlsbad. Would rent again just based on location alone. I could see sunsets from my front patio.

Worked out just fine

Our unit met our needs and expectations. Great location, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, nice outdoor patio. The only weird thing was some of the kitchen cabinets. You had to be a tall person to get things out of them or use the step stool. Overall we were satisfied though.

Location!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. I absolutely love the location. You are within walking distance of downtown Carlsbad and the beach is just steps away! Can not recommend this property more!

As Good As It Gets

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here in different units. this one upstairs. 1 block from beach and walking distance to food, desserts, coffee, just about anything you desire. We will stay again in the future. All the amenities you need in a unit with Pool and equipment for the beach.

Great location and unit

The only suggestion we had is that since we had a four week stay there we’re very scarce cleaning products. For example bathroom cleaning products. Otherwise a great experience and we would book there again if the opportunity comes up

Carlsbad vacation

This was a great place to stay, convenient to beach and Carlsbad Village. One thing to note - the bathtub/shower needs a non-slip mat and perhaps a handle in it as the surface was very slippery and my husband fell and had a difficult time getting up.

Close to the beach/condo had roaches

The condo was beautiful and looked very clean. The second day we noticed roaches in drawers and all over the kitchen at night. This made it super uncomfortable for us we don't normally complain but roaches is a big problem to us.

Well-stocked Condo near Carlsbad Beach and Town

The condo was comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware,etc. Property managers were very responsive. We ordered something from Amazon. I expected they would put it on the step. Instead, they sent it USPS, so it ended up in the mailbox. When I texted management to request a mailbox key, they were there within an hour with the key. The location is where everyone wants to be. That is a good thing mostly, but sometimes it was a bit noisy. There are notes all over the condo about the plumbing. We were careful, and didn’t have issues with the kitchen sink. Sometimes when the people above us or when we showered, water backed up in our bath tub. We saw a plumber go to the unit next door with a drain cleaner. After that, our bath tub was fine. We probably should have contacted mgmt. early in our stay about the bath tub.

Fantastic location

The property is located is a prime spot! Great for walking to the village. They do a great job with the Unit. It’s nicely appointed for cooking. They supplied way more than I thought. The complex is so clean and the front patio on the bottom floor units are a good size and have nice table and chairs for eating on the patio or just sipping a couple cocktails. I would definitely recommend. The on-site managers were very helpful and quick to respond to any needs.
