Perfect location for a family vacation!

We couldn't be more pleased with our trip to Watercolor! We loved the location of the property and even rented a jogging stroller with 360 blue while there and they made everything easy! We will definitely look to stay here again.

Happy House at the Beach

We absolutely loved this condo!!! It was very clean and comfortable! We felt at home the minute we arrived. The porch swing was a big hit with my 20 year girls and 14 year old son! They also loved the bikes We had an issue with dryer and I called it was taken care of in one hour. We will definitely be back!!!!

Comfortable place in awesome location

This was a great condo for our family of 3. Perfect location, easy parking, and comfortable living space. Our only complaints were the noisy air conditioning unit and kids running around and stomping in the unit above us. This is why I give it 4 stars. If the AC gets fixed to be quieter it’s a 5 star experience.

We had booked 4 people for wristbands in watercolor. We arrived and there were 2. We lost out on amenities from 4pm the first night until 3pm the next day. 360 said that we booked 4 but their system was not booking "children" for wristbands and it was a glitch. I asked for a refund for that day that was missed because of their issue and here was their response... on top of this, the unit was infested with roaches. Good Morning Anthony, I'm so sorry about the palmetto bugs, they are prevalent in the panhandle. We do very regular treatments to try to prevent these but I'm so sorry you experienced them during your stay. I let our team know they've still been active so they can spray again today. As far as the wristbands I spoke with management and they let me know we will not be refunding anything as we did provide what we were told and got them to you as quickly as the HOA would allow.

Great location poor preparation

Fantastic location, broken ice maker, no ice, electric outlets in master bath don't work (have to go to other bath to dry hair), no kleenex provided, no salt or pepper provided, 2 small bars of between for three bath sinks and 2 showers. For the price these issues should not haave happened.

Excellent for Families - Great Location

Beautiful condo that is within earshot of Watercolor shops and across the street from the Beach Club which provides beach access. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and you can notice the attentiveness paid to this property by the owners and maintenance professionals. However, I would share that you will hear your neighbors footsteps upstairs. Thus, if you’re sensitive to noise, I may recommend looking for a single family unit.

Anniversary trip

We normally stay at WaterColor Inn (we were married in WaterColor) but decided this year to try renting a condo. We loved the relaxing vibe...a place that felt like a perfect getaway but like home too!

Great Location

We had a group of four adults and it was a pleasant-sized accommodation. LInens, hot water, noise level were all good. I think something may be wrong with the A/C, but since it was cool, it wasn't a problem. (Since I didn't notice the A/C, I didn't report it, so I don't have an issue with it.) The location is good for walking to restaurants, etc. I would avoid driving on 30A at all costs. lol Suggestion: a few more bars of soap! Since Covid, there are no little amenities like salt and pepper, etc. from previous tenants. Renters should bring it all! They did have coffee, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and the bare essentials in the bathroom.

Last minute beach vacation

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family's beach vacation! We could not have asked for a better location with the beach and Watercolor Beach Club just a very short walk across the street. Camp Watercolor was just a short bike ride away as well. The amenities were great and the unit was exceptionally clean. Our family would definitely rent here in the future! Highly recommend!

Clean, well taken care of with great location

This rental was awesome and in the perfect spot - close to the beach, close to town and a short bike ride to Camp Watercolor. Aside from the heard of elephants that were renting upstairs (we could hear them til all hours)and the trash pick up or landscape guys every morning - this place was amazing.

Adorable unit - Great location!

We visited Watercolor over the July 4th holiday week and loved our experience. The check in process is super easy - you download an app and it gives you the keycode to your unit, as well as lots of other helpful tips and info that we used during our stay (phone numbers and info on bike rentals, beach chair rentals, kayak/paddleboard rentals, etc). As far as the property goes, this is a corner unit with a great location. Its the bottom floor unit of a three story building. We unfortunatley had some loud people above us, but it wasn't a huge disruption overall. There are no designated parking spots for the unit but its easy to find parallel parking along the streets close by or right in front of the unit. The building is an easy walk to many things....the beach, the inn (where there are a couple great restaurants), the fitness center and some really cute shops. There's also a wine & cheese shop that serves lunch and dinner that's right around the corner. We also walked to downtown Seaside, which is about a ten or fifteen minute walk depending on your speed. Downtown Seaside has a great vibe with lots of restaurants, shopping and a food truck village where you can grab a variety of lunch or light dinner options while you stroll around town. The unit comes with two bikes and there's an option to rent additional bikes at a small cost if you'd like. There are several pools located throughout the complex. The unit is walking distance to a small pool (I think its called the Frog Pool?) which is quiet and not very crowded. This is also the location of the Boat House where you can rent kayaks or paddleboards (you get an hour of two free kayaks with your rental, as well as 20% off paddleboards) which we took advantage of and our kids really enjoyed. The staff at the boathouse is awesome! The main pool will require you to either ride bikes or drive. We drove and easily found parking along the side roads by the pool.. The main pool is huge and there's a lazy river that my kids loved. There's also a nice bar area where we grabbed a cocktail while we layed by the pool. Overall this was a great trip for our family and we will definitely be coming back!!

May 2019 Stay

This was our 4th consecutive year with 360 and second year in watercolor. We celebrated our anniversary and the trip was amazing. The location of this house is great. We did not have the kids this year but would consider it again when we bring them. You can easily walk to the beach, multiple restaurants and shopping. Seaside and Grayton are a short bike ride away. We walked the trails every morning around watercolor and the pools were in great condition. Overall, it was another great beach vacation.

September 2018 Stay

We had 4 adults and one 9 year old, this is our 3rd stay in 102-10. We have stayed a couple of times on Layona Lane and once on Buttercup. Watercolor is our vacation spot as we love the condo, bikes and beach. Look forward to using new pool next year. Grandson loves the fishing in the bay by bike shop.

December 2017 Stay

What a perfect stay! The unit was absolutely gorgeous and in an ideal location. Across from the beautiful park and just a short walk from the beach. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed (even a garlic press) and was a joy to cook in. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the screened-in porch in the morning and relaxing on the comfy sectional after a great day at the beach. WaterColor is so picturesque and the Beach Club is nice and convenient. We received exceptional customer service from Trisha from 360 Blue! She went out of her way to make sure our vacation was absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to come back! My husband has never been a fan of the beach before, but after our perfect stay in WaterColor he’s ready to go back and has already asked me to start looking at rentals for a 2018 vacation. We’ll definitely book with 360 Blue when we come back next year! By far the best vacation we’ve been on. Thanks again, 360 Blue!
