Looks Great

I would rent there again. Keeping in mind this is a vacation rental that is used and may have minor issues. Trash compactor was broken. The top rack of the dishwasher needed some fixing, the refrigerator needed a spill cleaned up. One of the upstairs bedrooms was stifling hot. Luckily there was a fan.

Convenient Location and comfortable home

Nice kitchen space and main living area. Great condo for a small family. House was tidy and bathrooms were nice. Great walkable location to lake and shops. Parking lot is a bit frustrating, no full size SUV will be easy to navigate here, but my BMW X5 fit in garage fine. Very happy with our stay. Just wish we could have gotten beach access to the amazing incline beaches. Other properties I’ve rented have accommodated access to the 3 private beaches.

Little couple get away

Perfect location for a getaway in Tahoe! Though it was just my bf and I (and we only needed 1 of the 3 rooms) we loved the space. It was also nice to be was walking distance from nearby food spots and shops/ A short drive away from the main shopping center which was convenient. I felt that we had all that we needed staying here and would absolutely recommend to others!

Had everything we needed; was perfect for our stay. Host very responsive, easy to check in and out. Quiet complex, relaxing home. Close to many good cross country ski options. No views since condo surrounded by other condo.

Very disappointing

The place was incredibly dirty- dishes, cookware and the kitchen was filthy - we wanted to wash everything, the dishwasher rack was broken. Bunch of glasses and dishes were broken. The lights in one bedroom didn’t work and one was not plugged to a plug and nor was there one in the area to plug. We had to bring a lamp from another room.The TV was advertised as a smart TV, it was not. The cable box was so old that we needed to figure a way to keep it turned on. We called the support line, they were based somewhere else and was not able to get anyone to come and fix them. The next day, someone came- couldn’t do much and said that he manages 120 properties so he doesn’t have enough resources. Horrible experience all around.

The condo wasn’t cleaned well The location overlooks a street with a delivery spot for a grocery store. The place wasn’t equipped with more than minimal kitchen supplies. The deck was covered in pollen and the barbecue cover and area was thrown together in a haphazard way. Nothing was inviting. The description was over inflated. It took 2 days to get someone out to staple the rug on two stairs. I called the minute I checked in and nothing was done for days. This was a safety concern. I’m so disappointed.

An average stay

The picture advertising the property showed a view of the beach from the deck. Unfortunately there was no such view as we were blocks away from the beach. The promised beach and pool was only open to residents due to the Covid Issue. We did not find out about that until the day before we left. The unit was spacious and fairly well equipped although it could’ve been more plates. The rugs were filthy. Ironically, they were signsAt the two entrances to remove your shoes. There also was no AC.

Nice rental that needs a little tlc

None or very limited cell service at rental, so could not do checkout link until after we left. Note that instructions in the rental are different than the link. Dishwasher is not properly mounted and seemed to "fall" when we opened it. Also, the top rack was off the track and halfway fell off when I opened the dishwasher. I left the rack on the counter. The carpet is quite dirty. I understand the rule about no shoes, but you should supply slippers as a courtesy until the carpet situation is dealt with.

Mediocre property

The layout of the property was nice with garage access to the lower level. There was a washer and dryer on the lower level. The washer was smaller which required smaller loads. The carpet leading up to the main level was heavily soiled and needs to be replaced. The walls had several scuffs and could use a fresh coat of paint. There were bare necessities for utensils supplied for the kitchen. The dishwasher was not fixed to the countertop. It was ran for two hours and the dishes came out dirty. Therefore we washed all dishes by hand. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper level. The water took several minutes to heat up as the water heater was in the garage. There was a spider and web in the stairwell leading up the the upper level. Overall the property served its purpose but could use some upgrades.

Dirty

Upon arrival of this rental we noticed that nearly every inch of the house was dirty. We contacted the phone and email provided to receive no response. We took it upon ourselves to have to vacuum the carpet which is filthy although many signs stated no shoes. We had to wipe down counters and tables in all rooms. Wash all bedding since we found so much hair between the sheets, dishes were left with food stains. On top of all of that one of the mattresses was broken. To pay a ridiculous amount for a cleaning fee and have to do it all yourself anyways I felt was unfair, we nearly spent a whole day cleaning just so we could atleast be comfortable enough for our stay. This property was a big disappointment for our family and we would never stay again or recommend it to any others.

Great location, comfortable and so close to everything you need!

We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was very clean and we were able to check in rather quickly. The process was easy. So thankful the garage was included! We also loved having the space on the lower level floor to hang up and keep organized all our ski/snowboard equipment! We could just grab and go which made it so convenient. The bathrooms are updated and are great! The beds in all the bedrooms are great also. No complaints there! There are plenty of dressers, and closets! While our stay was great we do want to make potential bookers aware of a few minor things… The dishwasher in the kitchen is not attached to the cabinets so it is a little shaky. Be careful using! The washer does work (and so thankful that this amenity was included) but it does leak. The water gets VERY hot very fast. When lighting the fireplace be sure to step back and not turn the gas dial up all the way…you could lose your eyebrows! :) The carpeting going from the lower floor to the main floor is very soiled. This is the only place in the condo that has this deep soiling. We suggest management remove the carpet all together or perhaps they can get the carpet cleaned a bit more often. Overall, it was a great stay, great location, there are many grocery stores, spas, and rental stores close by which is very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting in the Fall!

I have rented 2 other properties in the past from Vacasa and both were great, absolutely nothing to complain about. This place was absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Carpets and stairs in the whole place were deeply stains and filthy dirty, poor ventilation, ceiling fans and portables fans were completely coated with dust, floor vents, and ceiling filters need to be replacing and cleaned, wash machine leaked, racks on dishwasher broken, rollers on racks also missing, screws that holding dishwasher in place missing so dishwasher tipped forward, cupboard to the right of stove door feel off because of stripped screws, patio, table, and chairs needed to be wiped down and deck was covered with spilled spots, windows dirty in and out and bugs on the window sills, broken screens on sliders, middle bedroom couldn't use as windows wouldn't open and no fans of any kind in that room, broken pedestal on end table in living room, linens and towels need to be replaced (old and stained), walls and molding need to be repainted. Nothing like the pictures. If I was the owner of this placed I would be total embarrassed and if I was the management company I would not want my name associated with this property. We also decided to leave a day early as more people came in and parked behind garage that made it more difficult for us to get in and out. Do not expect to get a response back , but the right thing to do here would be to refund at least half of my money back.

Needs to be refreshed

Everything was ok, but things just need updating. Drawers in the bathroom cabinets are falling apart. The dresser drawers in the master stick and are hard to open. The bedroom doors stick and make noise. The carpet on the stairs from ground floor to the first floor need to be replaced. The deck was covered in pollen and had not been cleaned before we arrived, so was unusable until we took a few pitchers of water out and scrubbed and cleaned. Overall, not a bad rental, but it seems to have been a rental for a long time without a lot of attention.

Weekend get away

It was perfect for a family looking for all the amenities from a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen to a fireplace and newly remodeled bathrooms. Garage was great to keep our skis in and the mudroom was helpful.
