Amazing Place: Seagrove Beach - 30A

Be our guest at “Amazing Place”.  This charming Seagrove beach house features 4 King Master Suites and 2 bunk rooms.  Located in the Summer’s Edge Community, just a short walk to a nearby public beach access, you’ll enjoy the luxury of 2 neighborhood pools, biking trails and stunning views from one of 30A’s most famous beaches.  Parking for 2 cars ONLY. There is no overflow parking.

The first level of this home features a luminous and open common area that includes a dining room with seating for 10, and an additional 5 seats at the breakfast bar.  The spacious and beautiful chef’s kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you’ll need for cooking and dining.  This first level also has a Master King Bedroom with private bath, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.  The back patio includes a gas grill and an outside shower, and the front porch sitting area will have you soaking up the the sights and sounds of Seagrove Beach with a heartwarming smile.  

Up the stairs to the second level, you’ll find 3 Master King Suites with Private baths.  There is also a Twin Bunk room on this level and a balcony with spectacular views.

The third floor is dedicated to the kid’s den.  Here you’ll find a bunk bed with Twin over Queen and a Queen trundle.  The pull-out Queen sleeper sofa can be used for additional sleeping arrangements or just extra lounging space.

Seagrove Beach was named after the thick grove of oak trees spread along the beach.  Today, those same trees that helped name the land are still defining it.  You’ll find an eclectic mix of old beach houses and newer constructed homes, still nestled right into the beach line or tucked in beneath massive Oak trees.

Adored by locals and tourists alike, Seagrove Beach is a place that has always embraced variety and growing with the times.  It offers a wonderland of activities and local businesses from upscale boutiques and casual cafes, to natural wildlife state parks, nature trails, coastal dune lakes, and woodlands.  This old South Walton beach neighborhood offers a little bit of everything, and for just about anyone.

When it comes to 30A, Seagrove Beach is pretty much in the middle of it all.  Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton are just a short stroll to the West, while the newer planned communities of Watersound, Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary are just to the East.  You couldn’t be in a better place to easily enjoy all of what 30A has to offer.
