ADVENTURE AWAITS! Sleeps 14, Hot Tub, & Game Room

Adventure Awaits! 2,800 sq ft chalet in the Poconos with 5 bedrooms, 2 separate sleeping spaces, and 3 full bathrooms that comfortably accommodates 14 people. Relax in the hot tub, hang out on the spacious decks, or have a friendly competition in the game room! Enjoy two large great rooms, each with a gas fireplace and 55/65 inch 4k smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining area has seating for all. In the summer, gather on the outdoor decks (1,500 sq ft) or screened in porch with plenty of patio dining seating, a gas grill and various yard games.

The maximum occupancy for Adventure Awaits is 14 people (age 3+).

The 5 bedrooms and 2 separate sleeping spaces are Pocono themed and contain the following arrangements:
1. Mountain Bedroom - 1 King bed with 50" TV
2. Skiing Bedroom - 1 Queen bed with 39" TV
3. Biking Bedroom - 1 Queen bed with 50" TV
4. Hiking Bedroom - 1 Queen bed and 1 single over single bunk bed
5. Lake Bedroom - 1 Queen bed with 39" TV and desk
6. Boating Room - 1 Double with 55" TV and desk
7. Fishing Room - 2 Single beds

The game room includes a pool table/ping pong combo, shuffleboard table, small foosball coffee table, wet bar, full sized second fridge, 55 inch 4k tv, and multiple board, card and xbox 360 kinect party games. Other amenities include bed linens (but no bath towels), wifi internet, smart TVs, central AC and ceiling fans, washer and dryer, hair dryers, coffee pot and keurig (k-cups & coffee not provided), and clothes iron. You will need to bring own towels (both bath and beach/hot tub), food and beverages. Bath and hot tub towels can be rented for $125.

Nearby attractions include: Jim Thorpe (20 mins); Skiing (Jack Frost - 25 mins, Big Boulder - 15 mins, Camelback - 35 mins, and Blue Mountain - 25 mins); Hickory Run State Park (20 mins); Lake Harmony (10 mins); Pocono Whitewater / Skirmish Paintball (10 mins); Pocono Raceway (15 mins) plus many hiking/biking trails, golf courses, indoor and outdoor water parks, and ATV parks and rentals. Great location as is very close to PA turnpike, routes 80, 81 and 903.

The house is located in Towamensing Trails community, which offers a swimming pool, lake with beach, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. Access to community amenities requires wristband but only 8 are given per rental. All members of the rental party can use the wristbands, however, only 8 people at a time will be able to wear them. Children age 5 and under do not need a wristband. The community does not allow extra wristbands to be purchased or added. There are other nearby options for a lake, beach, parks, and playgrounds that are free to use as an alternative.

The quiet hours of the community and the township are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. EST daily. The house sits on ½ an acre and there are neighbors nearby. While the house offers a fun and relaxing environment, please be mindful of your noise outside especially in the evenings and do not venture on to others’ properties. Not everyone who lives in the Poconos are on vacation so please respect the community rules and neighboring properties as the community and township are very strict on any rules that are broken and fines will be issued. Noise violations, disorderly conduct, trespassing, fires, fireworks, illegal dumping of trash, or discharging firearms will result in a $2,000+ fine per occurrence.
